Teresa Giudice’s ‘Real Housewives Of New Jersey’ Salary Revealed, What Is Her Net Worth?
Teresa Giudice is currently in the midst of a legal battle against her former bankruptcy attorney, James Kridel, and according to a new report, the reality star exposed her salary for participating in The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 1 during the ongoing legal proceedings.
In court papers obtained by Radar Online on May 5, it was revealed that Teresa Giudice received “$7,083.33 in gross monthly income… as an ‘actress/TV personality.'”
Also in the court documents, it was noted that the U.S. Trustee Complaint regarding Teresa Giudice’s bankruptcy filing years ago alleged that Teresa Giudice had failed to reveal details of a book deal she was working on at the time.
Teresa Giudice “was in negotiation of a book publishing deal for which she was to receive $250,000 initial advance, a $30,000 additional advance, and royalties based on sale of her cookbook ‘Skinny Italian,'” according to paperwork.
Teresa Giudice also reportedly had a business and bank account into which “over $100,000 was deposited in the months” before her bankruptcy filing, and her company, TG Fabulicious, LLC, “had total deposits of over $190,000 during the first three months” after the filing, according to the report.
Meanwhile, Teresa Giudice’s current attorney, Carlos Cuevas, claims her former attorney, Kridel, made “material errors” in her bankruptcy documents. According to Cuevas, Kridel didn’t mention Teresa Giudice’s “job, income, homes, and automobiles” before he allowed the reality star and mother of four to sign the documents “under the penalty of perjury that the documents were” right.

Cuevas is currently using the Trustee’s complaint against Teresa Giudice as evidence that her former attorney misled her before she filed for bankruptcy.
“This is something that is very important to [Teresa Giudice] because if she is successful proving that her attorney committed malpractice, it will vindicate to a certain extent that they relied on the advice of a professional,” a legal source told Radar Online.
In October 2014, Teresa Giudice and her husband, Joe, were sentenced to spend time behind bars due to charges of bank and wire fraud, and in January 2015, Teresa Giudice began serving her time.
“You can’t undo what’s been done,” the source said. “[Teresa Giudice] went to prison. Joe’s in prison. But if they are vindicated, it will go a long way as far as what they did, telling the whole story.”

Following Teresa Giudice’s December 2015 release from the Federal Correctional Institute in Danbury, Connecticut, Joe began his 41-month prison term at Fort Dix in New Jersey.
Although Teresa Giudice received just over $7,000 per month for her role on The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 1, her income has changed drastically in the years since. In addition to her reported net worth of $11 million, Radar Online claimed at the end of last year that Teresa Giudice would be receiving a whopping $1 million for her participation in Season 7. Meanwhile, her returning co-stars, Melissa Gorga and Jacqueline Laurita, will reportedly be making $750,000 each.
However, while Teresa Giudice may be receiving $1 million for Season 7, she reportedly won’t be getting to keep her entire paycheck. Instead, as Us Weekly revealed in June 2015, she will be forced to pay 25 percent of her Bravo salary to the government in order to pay a restitution bill of over $400,000.
Teresa Giudice and the cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey will return to Bravo for Season 7 this June. A premiere date for the upcoming installment has not yet been set.
