Beer Bong Justin: Bieber Sued For $100k For Smashing Phone To Avoid Embarrassing Video
Justin Bieber’s net worth may get a tiny dent in, as the Biebs finds himself caught in a new scandalous affair. This time, it has to do with an outburst of violence which saw the 22-year-old bad boy smashing a mobile phone in a nightclub.
According to the lawsuit which amounts to $100,000, the Biebs destroyed Robert Earl Morgan’s phone. The incident allegedly took place at Cle nightclub in Houston, last month. It is rumored the phone wreckage took place the same night Justin famously stubbed out his cigarette on his friend and Purpose tour opening act, Post Malone, another incident The Inquisitr reported on.
Morgan is suing Bieber for the large round figure as he claims the “Sorry” singer destroyed his phone as he was trying to record him chugging a beer bong. Justin apparently spilled lager all over himself and became “enraged” when he noticed the onlooker trying to immortalize his antics.
Justin Bieber’s Lawsuits
The lawsuit states Justin “grabbed his cell phone and smashed it to pieces.” Now, $100k may seem like a lot of money to some, but Morgan claims the device contained a number of irreplaceable pictures and business contacts.
Bieber was in Houston last month and celebrated with a club along with his crew and friend Post Malone. Images of the latter apparently choking the Canadian star emerged later, which sparked rumors around their supposed friendship. But Justin was quick to clarify there was no beef between the two, and posted this hilarious photo on his Instagram.
Post Malone posted his version of events on Twitter, calling Justin his “brother.”
he’s my big brother and we like to rough house

Justin Bieber or God?
It’s not the first time Bieber takes to social media to appease rumors. After posting a picture and captioning it “And on the 7th Day,” Justin came under fire for “comparing himself to God,” as reported in The Tracey Effect.
But unlike many believe, Justin Bieber wasn’t comparing himself to the Holy One, and only quoting a passage from the Bible.
It took no less than a special Instagram post or two for the message to be clear and for everyone to understand that Justin wasn’t in fact comparing himself to God, but simply praising rest… Which he is entitled to, considering he recently began his 230-date Purpose tour across North America, the US and Europe.
And it looks like he’s got another lawsuit on his back. Media reports state Justin Bieber was spotted in Virginia Beach for a deposition last week, as reported by WTKR.
According to the report, the suit was filed by two local songwriters who claim Usher and Bieber used their song to make millions of dollars. The two stars would have recorded “Somebody to Love,” which Devin Copeland and Mareio Overton claim was theirs.
