‘The Vampire Diaries’: Not Everyone Will Survive Bonnie’s Wrath?
The Vampire Diaries is ending Season 7 with a twist in Bonnie Bennett’s storyline. Instead of dying or finding a cure, Damon Salvatore’s plan had a surprising consequence. Bonnie is the new vampire huntress. So, what does this mean for the other TVD characters? Recently, executive producer Julie Plec teased that at least one character may not survive Bonnie’s wrath.
Last Friday on The CW network, The Vampire Diaries Season 7, Episode 20 left viewers in shock. Titled “Kill ‘Em All,” what Rayna Cruz really got out of the deal was finally revealed. As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Bonnie was made the new vampire huntress. She won’t be able to rest until Damon, Stefan, Caroline, Enzo and the other vampires are dead. This puts everyone in danger, but can Bonnie still be saved without anyone getting killed?
“The rest of the season is a race to save Bonnie, and all of the fallout that comes along with that,” Julie Plec told TV Line. “It puts everyone in grave danger, and not everyone survives it… at least emotionally.”

It is unclear if there will be any physical deaths as a result of Bonnie becoming the new vampire huntress. However, not everyone emotionally surviving makes sense. It is probably a situation that will change all the TVD characters.
So, what is next for Bonnie Bennett and the others in The Vampire Diaries? Season 7, Episode 21 is titled “Requiem For A Dream,” and the official synopsis has been released.
“When Damon’s (Ian Somerhalder) risky attempt to save Bonnie (Kat Graham) takes an unexpected turn, the consequences of his actions forces everyone to band together to help her pull through,” Vampire Diaries Online teased about Season 7, Episode 21. “Meanwhile, when a new threat leaves Caroline’s (Candice King) life in jeopardy, Stefan (Paul Wesley) makes a rash decision that ultimately forces them to face the fallout from their relationship. Elsewhere, Enzo (Michael Malarkey) tries to hold it together as he painfully watches Bonnie in the fight of her life, while Matt (Zach Roerig) takes matters into his own hands to save one of his closest friends.”

Spoilers Guide posted the extended promo for the next episode of The Vampire Diaries. Everyone knows when Bonnie wakes up, she is going to be determined to kill her friends. However, nobody seems sure how to resolve the situation. Later in the promo clip for “Requiem For A Dream,” Bonnie calmly taunts Caroline over the phone. She seems to save her vicious energy for Damon. He tells Bonnie to forgive him, which suggests he is about to do something he doesn’t want to.
The synopsis for the season finale of The Vampire Diaries reveals more information. According to Spoiler TV, it appears that a “friend is lying inside the Armory,” which must be Bonnie. The TVD characters will still be determined to save their friend. With every other attempt failing, Damon, Stefan, Caroline, and Enzo will have to use desperate measures. It was also teased that Damon will make the ultimate sacrifice, but what exactly does that mean?
What do you think is going to happen with Bonnie Bennett’s storyline in The Vampire Diaries? Is there any chance of Bonnie being saved at all? If so, what will be the price? Will any characters die in Season 7, or was Julie Plec referring to someone not surviving emotionally?
