‘The Walking Dead’ Spoilers: New Evidence That Glenn Dies Revealed?

The Walking Dead Season 7 won’t begin airing until October, but fans are desperately trying to figure out who Negan killed in the Season 6 finale. While nothing has been confirmed, there is some strong evidence that the victim may have been Glenn, one of the show’s most beloved characters.

According to Enstarz, new proof that actor Steven Yeun’s character, Glenn Rhee, may have been the one to have been brutally beaten to death by Negan during the finale has been revealed.

The report reveals that Yeun has landed a new role in a sci-fi movie titled Okja. The film co-stars Tilda Swinton, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Paul Dano, who are already on set filming. However, since The Walking Dead Season 7 is set to begin filming on Monday, May 2, it looks there could be a filming conflict for Steven.

Does this mean that Steven’s character, Glenn, is the one who was killed by Negan? It’s possible. Yeun would seemingly have to film both The Walking Dead and Okja at the same time. However, if the actor only had a very small part in the movie, it is possible he could easily film both within the same time period.

Unfortunately, signs are pointing to Glenn being the unlucky victim of Negan. Not only is the character the one who is killed by Negan’s bat, Lucille, in the comic book series, but fan theories also have Glenn as the victim on the television show.

Videos from the Season 6 finale show two rocks on the ground next to Glenn, and as the point of view is switched to the victim, the same rocks can be seen, leaving many fans thinking it will be Glenn who bites the dust when Season 7 airs in October.

Meanwhile, many viewers think that there are only two other Walking Dead characters who could possibly be Negan’s victim. Daryl, who is arguably the most popular character on the show, and Abraham.

If Daryl Dixon were to be killed off The Walking Dead, fans would go crazy. Many viewers have often said that if Daryl dies, they will stop watching the show, and it would be a bold and shocking move for the series to kill off one of the most popular characters.

Meanwhile, actor Norman Reedus, who plays Daryl Dixon, isn’t giving any hints about who dies. However, he did say that he knows what happens, and that it is “gut-wrenching.” Does this mean that Daryl’s life is in jeopardy? As The Walking Dead has often claimed, “no one is safe” from being killed off the show.

Rumors are also swirling that Norman Reedus has been pushing for his character to get more screen time, even if it means killing off Glenn or Rick, played by Reedus’ friends, Steven Yeun and Andrew Lincoln.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Norman Reedus’ rep spoke out about the wild rumors, claiming that they were completely false, and that the Walking Dead star loves filming as much as he can with his co-stars, who are also his close friends.

“This story is complete nonsense. Norman has absolutely nothing to do with the casting or storylines on the show. He has strong friendships with Andrew, Steven and Jeffrey, and is thrilled to work with them all as much as humanly possible.”

However, the characters of Glenn and Daryl could both possibly be safe if Abraham was the one to get Negan’s bat. Many fans believe that because Abe had such an emotionally charged episode in the Season 6 finale, it is very possible he’s the one who will be revealed as the victim. Recently, an alleged “on-set source” revealed that Abraham is the victim, and that fans will see him die in Season 7.

“Abraham is the biggest guy in the group. Negan taking him out sends a huge message to Rick and everyone else.”
