‘RHONY’ Star Carole Radziwill Gets Candid On Her Feud With The Countess, ‘It Was Female-Bashing’

Carole Radziwill has opened up about her fight with Real Housewives of New York star Luann de Lesseps. While the two women are currently feuding on the show — mainly over the horrible things LuAnn has said about Carole’s relationship with Adam Kenworthy — Radziwill continues her beef during her appearance on Watch What Happens Live! with Andy Cohen. Will the former friends ever make amends?

According to Us Magazine, de Lesseps attempted to “apologize” to Radziwill during the latest episode of the show, though the word “sorry” never came out of her mouth. However, instead of accepting the “apology,” Radziwill explained that things between her and de Lesseps were far from over.

“She didn’t apologize and this scene was eight months after she said lots of really nasty stuff, crazy misogynistic stuff,” Radziwill told Cohen. “It’s one thing to say you don’t like my boyfriend or something but she was age-shaming, she was female-bashing. That kind of misogynistic bulls**t we hear from men all the time. You don’t need to hear it from a woman, let alone someone you considered a friend.”

According to E! Online, Radziwill referenced the scene between her and de Lesseps at Bethenny Frankel’s BBQ party. During the party, de Lesseps and Radziwill talked to each other and appeared civil, though Radziwill later revealed that de Lesseps refused to apologize for her previous comments.

“Here’s something Luann didn’t say to me: I’m sorry,” Radziwill shared. “I’m sorry, which astounds me, which is a very simple thing to say.”

Carole Radziwill went on to state that she did not say anything bad about de Lesseps and that her former friend was acting out of jealousy. Instead, she admitted no wrongdoings and claimed that de Lesseps is just in a very unhappy time in her life.

However, fans were quick to point out Radziwill’s past comments about de Lesseps. In reply to the social media barrage, Radziwill placed the blame on fans and refused to admit that she did anything wrong.

“I’d like to see all the mean things [I said],” Radziwill explained in the interview. “You know what I did; the fans got so enraged at what she was saying about me that they started Tweeting, and then I just retweeted some of that stuff.”

Meanwhile, de Lesseps isn’t the only RHONY star Radziwill talked about. According to Reality Tea, Radziwill recently took a stab at Jules Wainstein’s weight comments. During a previous episode, Weinstein and Radziwill bonded over their skinny status; though Wainstein refused to admit she had issues with weight loss or an eating disorder.

“Huh?” Radziwill said. “It’s kind of like hearing a friend you suspect drinks too much say, ‘What? I don’t drink too much, I never even black out.’ Ummm, okay.”

Radziwill went on to add that she was only poking fun at Wainstein and that her comments were only playful banter. After all, the two discussed their weight while trying on bras together and other topics of conversation were not readily available.

That being said, Radziwill appears content with taking issue with just about everyone on the show. In fact, the reality star revealed that fans can expect more drama with her throughout this season of RHONY.

“I wasn’t even going to mention this because really, who cares? But from here on in I’ve decided I want to be offended…by everything,” she stated.

Considering Radziwill’s comments, fans can expect more drama to unfold between her, Wainstein, and de Lesseps. Whether the three women will eventually resolve their issues is yet to be seen, though things are probably only going to get worse before they get better.

Fans can watch the drama unfold when the Real Housewives of New York continues Wednesday nights on Bravo.
