Kris Jenner Slams Kim Kardashian Over 72-Day Marriage While Defending Rob Kardashian [Video]
There’s no fighting with Kris Jenner, aka Mama Bear! When the Kardashian women try to gang up on Kris, telling her that she shouldn’t pay for Rob Kardashian’s new Calabasas mansion, Jenner fights back with claws unfurled and slams Kim for her 72-day marriage, telling her daughter “that’s normal?”
In the latest clip from Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney confront Jenner, who recently bought Rob a new home. Rob’s mansion is reportedly in the same gated Calabasas, California, community in which Kris Jenner resides.

Telling Jenner that she “should not be paying for your son, [who] is almost 30 years old, to buy a house,” Kim criticizes Kris by pointing out that she coddles Rob too much. Khloe chimes in, adding that it’s time for Jenner to “[d]rop him. Cut the cord” while making a scissor motion with her fingers.
The camera pans to Kylie Jenner who remains expressionless, and Kourtney Kardashian, who appears to agree with her sisters. Corey Gamble, who has been dating Jenner for a while, smiles throughout the confrontation, although it’s difficult to know exactly what’s on his mind.
Kris, however, isn’t taking her daughters’ outbursts lying down, and in a rare scene, viewers can see Jenner for what she is: a mother who has to deal with her children and their decisions just like any other parent in the world. Kris Jenner makes it clear that she tries to treat her children the same and has to put up with problems from all of them.
Trying at first to smooth over the situation by telling her family that they “can judge me all day long, but we came here to have a nice dinner,” Kris Jenner advises her daughters that they should “just relax” as she looks all three children in the eyes. While it’s likely Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney are upset with Rob because he’s gotten engaged to Blac Chyna, sparking the bad behavior about Rob’s new home, Kris tells them that “[y]ou all have to have somebody to blame and criticize instead of saying, ‘What’s the problem?'”
When Kim retorts by telling Jenner that “[t]he problem is you,” Kris Jenner loses her cool and fires back at her family, telling them that they “can f–k off and go think of something else to talk about.” Reminding her daughters that she has “seen you guys through so much sh-t that you do that I have to f–king put up with,” Kris takes a particular stab at Kim, mocking her daughter with “‘I was married for 72 days.’ Really? Because that’s normal.”

In 2011, Kim Kardashian was married to Kris Humphries for a grand total of 72 days before filing for divorce — without telling Humphries. At the time, Kim claimed that she got swept up “with the hoopla,” adding that she “felt like I was on a fast roller coaster and couldn’t get off when now I know I probably should have.”
In a statement, Humphries confessed that he was “devastated to learn she filed for divorce. I’m willing to do whatever it takes to make it work,” but he later accused Kardashian of “fraud,” claiming Kim only married him to boost ratings for Keeping Up with the Kardashians. The divorce dragged on for nearly 18 months while Kim started a relationship with Kanye West and became pregnant before her marriage with Humphries was legally over.
Kris Jenner clearly had the drama in mind as she rebuked Kim in the clip, concluding her rant by telling her daughters that they “can do anything you want, and it’s all OK and I’m supposed to accept it all. And I’m going to do the same thing for [Rob], so stop judging me.”
