‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Spoilers: Someone Will Die This Season
Grey’s Anatomy fans have been loving every minute of Season 12, but with only four episodes left, viewers know something sad and/or dark is likely coming their way.
According to TV Line, there are a lot of emotional moments ahead during the final four episodes of Grey’s Anatomy Season 12, and one of them is a death. That’s right, fans will watch yet another character bite the dust on the ABC hospital drama, but who will it be?
The episodes before the finale will be the one to reveal the death. The site claims that not only will Meredith and Amelia be back at each other’s throats, as well as relationship drama between Jo and Alex and Callie and Arizona, but that someone will, in fact, die.
“Tensions between Meredith and Amelia ramp back up (and once again Derek is the root cause), Jo and Alex get clarification on their relationship status, Callie and Arizona’s custody impasse comes to a head and — in the biggest twist of all — Jackson and April stop fighting and start acting civil to each other. Also, someone’s gonna die.”
While it doesn’t seem that another main character will die, as many fans are still in disbelief that Grey’s Anatomy killed off its main male character, Dr. Derek Shepherd, played by Patrick Dempsey, it will be a sad death that will likely hit home with one of the Grey Sloan docs.
The best bet seems to be that the character of Kyle Diaz, played by Wilmer Valderrama, will be the one to kick the bucket. Wilmer signed on for a short episode arc, so fans already know his time on Grey’s Anatomy is limited.
Meanwhile, Kyle has been having issues with his brain, which led him to meet Stephanie. The two are getting close, and it seems she’ll have to deal with the devastating impact of his death in the very near future.
If this theory is true, Grey’s Anatomy fans may have another Teddy/Henry situation on their hands. While Stephanie and Kyle aren’t married, it will be heartbreaking to see her deal with the death of a man who could have actually been the one for her. She’s been through a lot in her life, and seeing Kyle die may be a breaking point for Stephanie. Hopefully, her friends, especially Jo, will be there to help her through the very difficult time if Kyle is the one to die.
“It’s a really emotional episode. It’s all about matters of the heart, and the culmination of a lot of challenges that we’ve seen in the major relationships, [especially] April and Jackson, Callie and Arizona, and Owen and Amelia.”
So, Grey’s Anatomy viewers can expect a lot of tense scenes between Stephanie and Kyle as they deal with his possible health crisis, Callie and Arizona as they battle over custody of their daughter, Sophia, Amelia and the most important people in her life, Meredith and Owen, as well as April and Jackson, who are said to be getting back the friendship that fans all loved to watch.
It looks like fans better buckle up for a wild ride in the last four episodes, and it seems that tissues may be required to get through Season 12’s emotional roller coaster ending.
