‘The Walking Dead’ Spoilers: Abraham Killed By Negan, Says On Set Source
The Walking Dead Season 6 finale death may have been leaked. An on-set source is claiming that they know who was killed by Negan and his bat, Lucille, and that Abraham is the unlucky victim.
According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, when The Walking Dead comes back for Season 7 in October, Abraham will be revealed as Negan’s victim, which has been a popular theory among fans for many reasons.
Perhaps the biggest clue that Abraham was chosen as Negan’s victim in the Season 6 finale is the emotional episode that the character had. Abe not only finally made peace with his closest friend, Eugene, but also planned a future with his girlfriend, Sasha.
As if that weren’t enough, Abraham’s fearless eye contact with Negan could also be a big reason that he may be have been chosen as the one who meets Lucille. As the source revealed, Abraham’s death would send a clear message to Rick and the rest of the group.“Abraham is the biggest guy in the group. Negan taking him out sends a huge message to Rick and everyone else.”
Meanwhile, Abraham’s comic book death was given to Dr. Denise a couple of episodes before The Walking Dead Season 6 finale. This means that Abraham is living on borrowed time, and frees the character up to be Negan’s victim.
As many fans know, in The Walking Dead comic book series, it is Glenn who is Negan’s victim, brutally getting his head bashed in with Lucille in front of his friends and wife, Maggie. While many viewers believe it will also be Glenn who suffers this fate on the show, others are hoping that Abraham will be the one who dies, and Glenn will live on to be with Maggie and meet their unborn child.
While fans are trying desperately to figure out which Walking Dead character won’t be returning for Season 7, rumors are flying about drama going on behind the scenes of the show.
As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Norman Reedus, who plays fan favorite character, Daryl Dixon, has allegedly been demanding more screen time for his character and for his friend Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s character, Negan.
While Walking Dead fans believe this alleged behavior seems very out of character for Norman Reedus, the actor’s rep confirmed their suspicions by saying the gossip isn’t true, and that Norman loves filming with all of his friends, especially Andrew Lincoln, who plays Rick Grimes, and Steven Yeun, who plays Glenn, as he is very close to his co-stars.“Norman is the fan favorite, and he’s using that to his advantage with the writers. He was instrumental in getting Jeffrey added to the show, and he wants next season to center around their characters — and if that means zombies kill off Rick [Andrew Lincoln] or Glenn [Stephen Yeun], so be it.”
“This story is complete nonsense. Norman has absolutely nothing to do with the casting or storylines on the show. He has strong friendships with Andrew, Steven and Jeffrey, and is thrilled to work with them all as much as humanly possible.”
It looks like there are so many questions about what’s next for The Walking Dead in Season 7, but the cast is revealing that it is going to be heartbreaking. Norman Reedus says he knows what happens and that it is “gut-wrenching,” meaning fans are likely going to be in shock, and mourning, after the show returns in October.
No matter which character dies, viewers will probably be stunned, and since everyone seems to have an opinion about who Negan’s victim is, fans can expect a social media firestorm after the big reveal.
