Karrueche Tran Dating Lewis Hamilton After Chris Brown Breakup? Model Sparks Romance Rumors With Formula 1 Driver
Karrueche Tran may have spoken out against rumors suggesting that she’s looking for a new relationship after calling it quits from longtime boyfriend Chris Brown last year, but it looks like the model has found herself at the center of dating rumors after reportedly hanging out with Lewis Hamilton in NYC earlier this week.
Romance rumors between Karrueche and Lewis Hamilton first began in September, 2015, after the duo were spotted posing for pictures and partying at DSTRKT nightclub in London just weeks after Hamilton was seen hanging out with Rihanna in the singer’s native Barbados.

While Lewis Hamilton later shut down the Rihanna dating claims, telling E! that he and Rihanna are “just good friends” and “hang out every now and again,” Hamilton’s late-night hangout with Karrueche quickly fueled dating reports between the duo.
According to a witness who attended the London hotspot at the time of Karrueche and Lewis’ appearance, the duo were said to be “in the same entourage and looked happy in each other’s company,” although neither Tran nor Hamilton acknowledged the dating claims on social media, the Mirror reports.
Now, it appears that romance rumors have resurfaced for Karrueche Tran and Lewis Hamilton after the duo were rumored to have taken a private helicopter tour of NYC together on Wednesday.
According to the Shade Room, Karrueche and Lewis were said to have taken the private Manhattan helicopter tour together earlier this week, with both stars taking to their own Snapchat accounts to share photos of the gorgeous NYC skyline, although none of the photos in question actually show the duo together on their reported trip.
While Karrueche has yet to comment on the dating rumors between herself and Lewis Hamilton, the model recently opened up about her single status during an interview with Complex‘s Emily Oberg, in which Tran admits that she isn’t interested in getting into a serious relationship at the moment.
When asked if she’s currently seeing anyone special, Karrueche explained to Oberg that she’s “100 [percent] single” and has “no intention of getting in another relationship.”
“I am so focused on myself and work and family that I don’t even want to bother,” Karrueche revealed. “I’m good.”
The news comes just a few short weeks after Karrueche spoke out against claims suggesting that she and ex-boyfriend Chris Brown had gotten back together despite their heated Instagram spat last month.
During an interview with Power 106 Los Angeles earlier this month, Karrueche addressed the newly resurfaced Chris Brown dating claims after a photo of the former couple emerged on social media on April 1.
“Karrueche, I have a question for you. Many people want to know on social media, we want to know as well, are you back with Chris Brown?” the Power 106 host asked in reference to the April Fools’ dating rumors for Tran and Chris Brown, prompting Karrueche to make a face before responding, “No. I am so single. So so so so single.”
As for Lewis Hamilton, who was previously rumored to have dated Rihanna, Kendall Jenner, and Hailey Baldwin, the Formula One driver recently opened up to the Sun about his relationship status, telling the site that he’s “not attached to anyone” currently and has “no plans to settle down” in the near future.
“I’m single. I’m not attached to anyone. I’m a free spirit so I’m just going in with no plans to settle down any time soon. I’m going to focus on my career. I’m enjoying my music,” Lewis explained. “I’ve been associated with some really beautiful women. I don’t even mind … as long as they are beautiful women.”
