WWE Rumors, Spoilers: The Bullet Club Comes Together Tonight On ‘Monday Night Raw’ – Finn Balor Coming Soon?
Last week on Monday Night Raw, former Bullet Club members Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows made their WWE debuts. In doing so, they jumped The Usos and decimated them to send a message to the rest of the promotion. Now, they’re back again and will appear on tonight’s episode of Raw which has already been taped in London, and they’re going to back an old friend by the name of AJ Styles. That being said, is Finn Balor being called up to the WWE main roster from NXT soon to join them?
There are SPOILERS ahead for tonight’s episode of Monday Night Raw, so if you don’t want to know then stop reading now.
Tonight’s Monday Night Raw has already been taped in London, and the results have leaked out for all to read. AJ Styles is prepping to face Roman Reigns at Payback in early May, but more and more pieces are being added to this story and feud.
Styles and Reigns don’t really have a lot of back-up or friends in WWE, but that could be changing very soon. WrestleZone has reported the spoilers for this evening’s Raw, and AJ Styles ends up having his first WWE interaction with his former Bullet Club stablemates in New Japan Pro Wrestling.
This first interaction takes place after a match between Chris Jericho and Sami Zayn.
“We then cut backstage to an AJ Styles promo, and Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson interrupted. They assured Styles that they have his back at WWE Payback in his match against Roman Reigns.”
It doesn’t seem like much, but it’s was very interesting to see that Gallows and Anderson come out to support Styles. They have acted quite like heels since joining WWE, but it’s not known exactly how they will be presented in the long run. As of now, AJ Styles is a big-time babyface, and this could lead to a heel turn for him.
There is more, though.
Later on in the night, WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns heads out to the ring to cut a promo. Reports state that he gets a massive amount of boos and the London crowd did not take to him at all. Reigns gives a lot of credit to AJ Styles for his in-ring style and skill.
That’s when the Bullet Club arrives on the scene yet again, and they show their full support for Styles.
“In the middle of his promo Anderson and Gallows come out from the crowd and beat Reigns down. The crowd pops big at the beatdown, and Anderson and Gallows leave Reigns laying.”
Officials come out to the ring to check on Reigns and AJ Styles heads out to the ring as well. He wants to let Reigns and everyone know that he had nothing to do with the beatdown he received from Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows, and he tries to make sure Reigns knows he didn’t set up the attack.
This is where things could get really interesting as The Wrestling Observer is noting that Finn Balor could join the WWE main roster very soon from NXT. It’s been rumored for quite some time, and some thought he would show up on Monday Night Raw tonight, but that didn’t end up taking place.
As rumors heat up of Balor heading up to the main roster, there are a couple of possibilities for what could take place here:
- AJ Styles could turn heel and form WWE’s version of the Bullet Club with Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows.
- AJ Styles could stay a babyface and reject Anderson and Gallows, only to have Finn Balor show up as a heel, form Balor Club, and challenge Styles.
- Styles, Balor, Anderson, and Gallows could form one fantastic and incredibly strong stable.
It certainly does seem as if the Bullet Club storyline may be something that WWE wants to do as well, and it could be much bigger than anyone anticipated. Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows offering their assistance to AJ Styles is step one, and from there, it seems like only a matter of time until Finn Balor arrives too. Roman Reigns needs some back-up now…will he look to The Shield?
