Kim Kardashian Losing Popularity To Sister Kylie Jenner?

Kim Kardashian might just be losing it to sister Kylie Jenner. There are no numbers to back it up, of course, but if Instagram “likes” are anything to go by, one can safely conclude that Kim Kardashian is no longer at the top of the Kardashian pack in terms of popularity. A cursory glance at the Instagram numbers will tell you that not only does Kylie Jenner get more “likes” and comments, she gets more favorable comments, as well.

Hollywood Gossip had said that Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian might, in fact, be fighting, and goes on to say that the two haven’t been on good terms since Kylie Jenner got her lips done. “Kylie has always idolized Kim growing up, but that’s turned into a seething jealousy between the two since Kylie got her lips done,” a source tells the website.

The source has gone on to say that it’s not just the popularity angle but that Kim Kardashian has never been supportive of Kylie’s plastic surgery. “Kim’s been very unsupportive of Kylie’s surgery and Kylie thinks that’s so two-faced.”

And Kylie has seen the entire family favor Kim Kardashian her entire life, and it seems like Kylie doesn’t like that anymore. “Kylie’s sat back and watched her entire family bow to Kim for years now and she’s loved every minute of ousting Kim off the top headline spot this year,” says the source.

Moreover, Kylie Jenner doesn’t really care that Kim has gone through difficult times during her surgery. In fact, she could not care less.

“She really couldn’t care less that Kim’s been in hell with her pregnancy, all she cares about is being the most famous sister of them all.”

This is a strange turn of events, given that it was Kylie Jenner who used to copy Kim Kardashian’s style, the Inquisitr reported. It’s uncanny how similar the sisters look. There were reports that Kim Kardashian’s husband, Kanye West, wasn’t really happy about the fact that the little sister was copying his wife.

Sources had said that although Kanye was supportive of Kylie, but he wants her develop her own identity and stop copying Kim Kardashian. “Kanye is Kylie’s biggest supporter and loves the sexy young lady she is becoming,” an insider told Hollywood Life. “He’s definitely been championing her for years as he sees real superstar potential in Kylie. That’s why he felt OK telling her that she needs to stop copying every move Kim makes and create her own identity.” Seems like Kanye wasn’t kidding.
Looks like Kanye was always on a lookout for his wife. He was afraid that Kylie might be stepping on Kim’s toes.

“Kanye worships Kim,” the insider source says. “[A]nd he has told Kylie there can only be one of her. Kylie hears what he’s saying but honestly, [she] doesn’t know where to take her look at this point. She’s digging her looks and style and doesn’t really care if she’s stepping on Kim’s toes a little.”

And now, a few would disagree that Kylie Jenner really has become her own person. She has Kylie Jenner Lip Kits business and has just signed up with Puma for a million dollars. She even has a huge fan following. Was this the eventuality Kanye West had in mind? Has Kylie Jenner really overtaken Kim Kardashian when it comes to popularity? In the initial days, Kylie did feel a lot of pressure to look like Kim Kardashian. And the sources have even gone on to say that Kylie gets really frustrated emulating Kim Kardashian, the Inquisitr has reported.

It’s hard to say how the rivalry shapes up few years down the line, but everyone is watching Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian!
