Blake Lively Wants Second Baby, Ryan Reynolds Secures ‘Deadpool 2’?
Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are rising as the power couple of 2016 and it looks like things are always working out for them! WIth a new baby in tow, Ryan Reynolds just secured Deadpool 2 and Blake Lively’s new movie Cafe Society just snagged the spot as the opening film for Cannes Festival 2016.
On top of all that success, the couple is rumored to be trying to have a second baby. How exciting!
“One of the world’s most beautiful couples, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, are already parents to one insanely adorable daughter — okay so they haven’t released pictures yet, but with two parents that look like that, come on — and rumors have just started swirling that the family of three could be expanding to a family of four very, very soon,” reports Brides.
While the Cafe Society actress has not dropped any hints about a baby in the works, she did share a beautiful picture from her Easter brunch, which had all the pastel colors that a baby would love.
She also must be thrilled that the Woody Allen movie that she starred in just became the opener for Cannes this year. This means that she gets to take her gorgeous husband and baby to France — a trip of a lifetime for the new family!
“On Tuesday, organizers announced the selection of Woody Allen’s Café Society, starring Kristen Stewart and Blake Lively, as the festival’s opening-night selection for May 11,” reports People Magazine.

The film, set in the golden era of Hollywood, is just as idyllic as Blake’s life on Instagram.
“Kristen Stewart, Jesse Eisenberg, Blake Lively, Parker Posey, Steve Carell and Corey Stoll star in the story of a young man who arrives in Hollywood during the 1930s hoping to work in the film industry,” reports Deadline. “There, he falls in love, and finds himself swept up in the vibrant café society that defined the spirit of the age.”
The fact that Ryan Reynolds just have closed the deal for Deadpool 2 means that the family can get started on their trip to Cannes, France.
“Ryan Reynolds might have closed the deal to star in Deadpool 2,” reports Movie Pilot. “He made $2 million upfront for the first film and was already signed on for a sequel, but his agents wanted to renegotiate for more money on future Deadpool film earnings. This makes absolute sense, as Deadpool has become one of the highest-grossing R-rated films of all time.”
The actor has experienced an unexpected boost in his career by starring in this superhero-movie-gone-rogue film. To continue to show his support for the movie that invigorated his career, Ryan Reynolds continues to post heavily about Deadpool on his Instagram.
In fact, the actor is so focused on posting about Deadpool that the last time his wife Blake Lively got featured on his account was 16 weeks ago.
But, of course, that doesn’t mean that the Deadpool 2 star does not care about his wife. She recently accompanied him to a White House dinner, in which she met Justin Trudeau, the Obamas, and a whole crowd of successful and influential people.
“The White House hosted a reception for the much-beloved Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau… and one of Canada’s favorite sons, Ryan Reynolds, totally stole the spotlight,” reports Yahoo! News. “But with the amazing Blake Lively on his arm, no other Canadian had a chance.”
