Halle Berry Sure Knows How To Make A Social Media Debut

Halle Berry sure knows how to introduce herself! The X-Men actress joined Twitter and Instagram by posting a nude pic, according to Times Live. But to the disappointment of those who want to see Halle Berry full frontal, the camera captured the actress’ back, not the front.

Halle Berry wrote in the caption “Hi everyone,” and attached a photo of herself topless in a forest of bamboo. And it looks like the 49-year-old actress wants her fans to stick around, as she promises that there is more to come.

“I’m looking forward to sharing our world through images that reflect my emotions and perceptions.”

The Cloud Atlas actress also added in the caption that she is “in awe” of photography, as well as “its ability to capture and reflect this extraordinary world that we live in.” And Halle Berry’s fans sure know what she is talking about when she says the word “extraordinary,” seeing that extraordinary nude pic in her first-ever social media post.

Less than two days since Halle Berry made her first social media post, the Monster’s Ball actress has gained over 45,000 followers on Twitter, and over 240,000 followers on Instagram.

And even though Halle Berry has just joined social media, she was quick to follow her friends Adele, Alicia Keys, and Bruno Mars.

Halle Berry has been cast in the Kingsman sequel, according to Paste Magazine. The 49-year-old actress will star in Kingsman: The Golden Circle as Ginger, one of the leaders of the Statesmen, a spy agency based in the United States.

The plot of the the Kingsman sequel takes place in the U.S. and tells the story of Gary “Eggsy” Unwin and Merlin arriving to America to cooperate with the Statesman. Fox also announced it had cast Julianne Moore as Poppy. By bringing Moore and Halle Berry on board, Fox wants to beat its box office records with Kingsman: The Secret Service, which was released last year.

Kingsman: The Golden Circle, starring Halle Berry, Moore, Taron Egerton, Mark Strong, and Edward Holcroft, is set to hit theaters in 2017. Kingsman: The Secret Service grossed over $286 million worldwide.

Meanwhile, the media is wondering if Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez’s marriage could be saved, as the two were spotted together on a family vacation in Mexico over spring break, as reported by She Knows.

Halle Berry was the one who filed for divorce last October, but it appears that Martinez is not eager to break up with the X-Men actress, according to People Magazine‘s sources.

“If Halle wants to call it [the divorce] off, Olivier would be fine with it because he never wanted the divorce in the first place.”

However, other sources cited by People claim that Halle Berry and Martinez are still splitting up, despite spending spring break together in Mexico. One of the sources claims that even though their relationship has significantly recovered since October, the two are still set to divorce and they remain just friends.

According to the source, Martinez is still in love with Halle Berry and he is “very upset” about the divorce.

“He never wanted the divorce and still doesn’t.”

And even though Halle Berry and Martinez have been getting along much better recently, Martinez is concerned about how their breakup will affect their two-year-old son, Maceo, according to the source.

“The divorce is still being finalized, and there is no change for now. But there seems there might be a slim chance that they decide to stay married. There is still a lot of love between them.”
