New Apple iPhones Go On Sale At Crazy Low Price, $100 Discount Offered At Walmart
Apple recently announced its Apple iPhone SE, to the delight of avid iPhone fans. Aside from the fact that it is smaller than newly released iPhones, it also packs enough punch that makes it highly capable of performing day-to-day tasks and more.
On Friday, Walmart made it available to the market with a huge discount for buyers.
According to a report, beginning April 1, the largest retailer in the United States is offering a $100 price cut on all iPhones, including the new Apple iPhone SE. The list includes the iPhone 5c, iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, and even the latest models, the iPhone 6s, and iPhone 6s Plus.

Because the retail price of the Apple iPhone SE is $399, customers can now enjoy their new Apple iPhones for only $299 for the base model. While not as powerful as its larger siblings, the iPhone SE still packs some decent specs.
The handset has a 4-inch display with a 640 x 1136 resolution, 2GB of RAM, an Apple A9 chipset, and either 16GB or 64GB of built-in storage.
The iPhone SE also boasts of 12MP primary camera with phase detection autofocus, dual-LED flash, and a 1.2MP secondary shooter for selfies. The device supports Apple Pay with its fingerprint scanner and houses a relatively small 1642mAh battery.

The specs are modest, and may not satisfy most smartphone users today, but for longtime Apple iPhone fans, these are just enough for an efficient handset with a compact body.
However, there are certain conditions that the customer should meet in order to avail of the discount.
The discount is only applicable to devices that are purchased at a Walmart store, and should have an accompanying monthly installment on Verizon, Sprint, or AT&T for two years. The $100 price cut will accumulate in the reduced monthly payments for the device.
This promotion means interested buyers should line up at Walmart stores because the discounted iPhones will not be available for purchase online.
On the other hand, T-Mobile will not be included because it already launched another promo of its own where consumers can buy particular Apple iPhone models for only half their prices.

In Walmart’s deals, the buyer is also allowed to get a second iPhone with only half its price as long as it comes with a new line. Fifty percent of the amount will come in the form of a MasterCard card that can also be used in the store to purchase other products.
However, there is another catch. The value of the second iPhone the consumer would purchase should be equal or less than the first iPhone bought.
It is pretty unusual to have a new iPhone model getting discounted such as the iPhone SE, although it has happened in the past. The Apple iPhone 5c, a cheaper model that comes in different colors, also had a price cut just weeks after it was announced.
In addition to the iPhones, the retail giant will also offer the latest Samsung Galaxy flagship, the S7, together with last year’s model, the S6, with an even bigger $150 price cut. Unfortunately, no further details have been disclosed about the Samsung Galaxy smartphone sale.

MacRumors said that the Apple iPhone and Samsung Galaxy deals would continue until the end of June, probably in preparation for the various announcement dates and launches in the latter half of the year.
Meanwhile, Best Buy is offering discounts as well, this time to Apple’s Mac OS-powered computers, including the 12-inch Retina MacBook, MacBook Air, and MacBook Pro.
The retailer will cut up to $300 off their original prices.
