Ezra Miller May Be Joined By Ray Fisher As Cyborg In ‘The Flash’
As Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice loses some steam, but keeps making a lot of money at the box office, fans are now looking into the future. The world was introduced to the other members of the Justice League in the film, and now knows that they will be getting their own solo films in the years to come. There could also be some crossovers; and, now there are hints being dropped that Ray Fisher as Cyborg may join Ezra Miller in The Flash.
Already, all six members that will be in the DCEU version of the Justice League, as of this time, were in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice. Yes, three of them were only brief cameos, but they were there and introduced.
The Holy Trinity was the main focus of Dawn of Justice.
Producer Deborah Snyder spoke about how things may look in the future for the DC Entertainment Universe (DCEU) in an interview with Forbes. She revealed some very interesting things, and not all of the info may have been intentionally shared. It’s highly unlikely that she meant to let it be known that Ray Fisher, as Cyborg, could appear alongside Ezra Miller in The Flash solo film.
“As you can imagine, when we get to the Flash movie, Ezra Miller and Ray Fisher — who plays Cyborg — are kind of our youngest characters, and they have a really nice comradery with each other. Ezra is super funny, so the tone of that film will be very different than the rest of them.”
Now, it isn’t entirely certain if she is talking just about the full-on Justice League movie, but it doesn’t seem like it. Justice League Part 1 will be landing in theaters a few months prior to the release of The Flash and the solo Cyborg film is still a few years away.

- The Flash – Mar. 16, 2018
- Cyborg – Apr. 3, 2020
Batman (Ben Affleck) has tasked himself with uniting the group of heroes together so that they can form a team and “fight.” DC is taking a page out of Marvel’s handbook a little bit, and it’s a good method as it intertwines all the movies in the movie universe and connects them.
Wonder Woman showed up in Batman V Superman. Batman will be showing up in Suicide Squad. If Cyborg appears in The Flash, then it keeps things going and connects everything nicely.
SlashFilm also believes that Warner Bros. is doing the work to create a universe where all of its comic book characters are intertwined. They want Flash, Batman, Wonder Woman, Superman and other super heroes to appear where they’re needed, when they are needed. Not only were fans introduced to Aquaman, Flash, and Cyborg, but there was a double dose of the scarlet speedster. Flash not only had his own file in Lex Luthor’s computer system, but he also appeared as a vision in one of Bruce Wayne’s “Knightmares.”
More is coming from the other members of the Justice League in future films, and it is very likely that there will always be at least one hero in another’s films.
The world is waiting for the Justice League movie, but there is so much more coming in the DC Entertainment Universe. The origin stories for Aquaman, Wonder Woman, Cyborg, and Flash will make for an interesting and fun few years. Now, knowing that Ezra Miller will likely have company from Ray Fisher’s Cyborg in The Flash makes things even more exciting.
