Prince Harry Caught Grocery Shopping At Waitrose Minimart, Public Startled And Impressed For ‘Keeping It Real’
England’s Prince Harry has just been caught keeping it all casual as he was seen buying groceries in a minimart called Waitrose.
The Sun captured the photos of the prince which “proves he’s not too posh to do his own shopping at his local supermarket.”
One of the witnesses, Roofer Lewis St. George-McKenzie, said he made a “double take” after seeing the prince. He was surprised to see Prince Harry just hanging right around the corner.
“You don’t expect to see a prince doing his shop at nine in the morning. He had a couple of bags of shopping. He looked like he’d had a rough night. I have seen a few celebs about but never royalty.”

Waitrose minimart is just near Prince Harry’s flat at the Kensington Palace, according to Daily Mail. Though Prince Harry was seen shopping with a handful of groceries, it appeared as if he was trying to keep it low. Prince Harry wore a baseball cap to partially cover his eyes.
Prince Harry has been known to be the one who would usually just appear in random public places. He was even photographed having a late-night snack in one of the area’s chicken place, Nando’s. Prince Harry reportedly went straight to this place in Fulham right after the England World Cup qualification. This could be Prince Harry’s way of celebrating.

Prince Harry has been known to be the “more casual” prince when compared to his older brother, Prince William, who was always seen as the serious type. Seeing Prince Harry shopping in local stores like this just makes him a lot more relatable.
One user even noted that they love Prince Harry because “he is The People’s Prince.”
Prince Harry extends his regards to Nepal’s children
Prince Harry just finished his tour in Nepal a couple of weeks ago. He visited the country on behalf of the British government and to promote the bicentenary Anglo-Nepalese relations. Prince Harry also aimed to promote Nepal’s well-being as a country as they showcase the beauty of the region.
Last year, Nepal had suffered the loss of about 9,000 lives after a massive earthquake. Their tourism took a toll after the natural calamity.
Prince Harry was very pleased in his visit to the Himalayan region. Because of his sentiment to the region, Prince Harry announced that he will be extending his visit from four to six days.
“The people I have met and the beauty of this country make it very hard to leave. Thankfully however, I’m not leaving yet! I will be spending the next six days in a remote village with a charity called team Rubicon.”
Prince Harry also took the opportunity to visit the earthquake survivors. He also visited children in a local hospital.
Apparently, Nepal has been a “special place” for Prince Harry. According to Royal Central, Prince Harry has high regards for the Gurkha troop which he served with when he was in Afghanistan. He also noted that his mother, Princess Diana, visited the country as well back in 1993.
As he continued his visit, he explored and promoted the natural beauty of Nepal. He joined Red Cross when he visited the Golden Temple of Kathmandu. While he was there, he was given the honor of being the “village head man.”
“At the start of this visit I said that I hoped to shine a spotlight on the resilience and resolve of the people of Nepal. Nearly a year on from the earthquakes that took so many lives, I wanted to pay my respects; but also I wanted to show that this country was open for business and has so much to offer.”
Finally, the prince thanked all of the people who welcomed him during his visit in Nepal.
“The people I have met on this journey have made this goal so easy.”
