Is Rupert Murdoch’s Ex, Wendi Deng, Dating Vladimir Putin?

This is perhaps the year of the odd couples, but this newest one is setting the internet abuzz. The question to be asked is are Wendi Deng, media mogul Rupert Murdoch’s ex and Vladimir Putin dating? This is perhaps the juiciest Wendi Deng rumor since it was reported that she was having an affair with Tony Blair. Now that Deng’s ex has married model Jerry Hall, herself an ex to Mick Jagger, the world has obviously turned upside down. Maybe now it’s Putin’s turn?

This rumored European couple could only be topped by Prince Harry and Pippa becoming an actual thing, according to the Inquisitr. The initial Prince Harry and Pippa Middleton rumor started after the royal wedding when word went around that Prince Harry and Pippa were snogging in the loo, and Princess Kate walked in on them. This was followed by hints that Harry was making a romantic dinner for himself and Pippa, while playing Adele music.

But back to Wendi Deng and Putin. Us Weekly is saying that the halls of power are buzzing with Deng and Putin as the new couple of the moment. One source tells the magazine that the coupling is getting serious. Many didn’t know that Putin was no longer married, but it seems he got divorced in 2014.

Putin has two adult children, and Wendi Deng has teenaged daughters from her marriage to Rupert Murdoch. There are also rumors that Putin has another child with a Russian gymnast, but the Kremlin denies this. But in truth, the Kremlin denies almost everything about Putin.

“Information that a child has been born to Vladimir Putin is not true. I am planning to appeal to people who have money to organize a competition for best journalistic hoax.”

Deng and Putin have a common billionaire friend, Roman Abramovich, and Deng was seen boarding Abramovich’s yacht in St. Barts, and Putin has been seen also boarding said yacht, and received one of his own as a gift from Abramovich. So far, there have been no romantic pics taken of the power couple. With that said, Putin and Deng have both been doing some serious globetrotting.

Rupert Murdoch, 85, divorced Deng after he became suspicious that she was running around behind his back with former British Prime Minister Tony Blair. Murdoch just got married again, this time to the leggy American, Jerry Hall. So what could top Rupert Murdoch? Maybe Vladimir Putin?

Vanity Fair says that the details of the reported Russian romance between Wendi Deng and Vladimir Putin are still oozing out, but the public is dying for details. To some, it makes sense; Wendi Deng seems to like her men rich, seriously rich, like loaded, buy-you-an-island-rich, and preferably old, or at least older.

Putin’s riches, unlike the Murdoch money, is shrouded in secrecy. The only thing made public is that Putin makes $100,000 a year in his official job. It has also been reported that Putin has practically his own air force of planes, and over 700 automobiles. Vanity Fair is calling the coupling of Putin and Deng the ultimate media “fever dream.” Perhaps next Deng and Putin can ride off into the sunset on the back of a bear he has just wrestled?

Regardless, Deng likes moguls and power brokers, Putin is a mogul and a power broker. Deng is single, and Putin is single, and they have friends in common who have really expensive yachts that sail around in places like St. Barts. It sounds like a match made in media heaven.
