Kristen Stewart And New Lady Love SoKo Have One Thing In Common — They Both Dated Robert Pattinson!

In a strange coincidence, Kristen Stewart’s newest girlfriend, SoKo, actually has more in common with her Twilight romance than previously thought. While the two only recently announced their budding relationship, it has been revealed that SoKo and Stewart’s ex-boyfriend, Robert Pattinson, have a history together. To what extent was SoKo involved with Pattinson?

According to Hollywood Life, SoKo and Pattinson once went on a date while the French singer was living in Los Angeles. Apparently, the two went on a blind date together, although nothing happened as a result.

“It was the best thing ever!” SoKo revealed in a previous interview about her time in L.A. “Three nights in, I went out and met a girl who was like, ‘Hey, I like your music, I work for a label and we would love to sign you. Where are you staying, do you need a place to stay?’ and I was like, ‘Yeah I do.’ That same night I had a blind date with Robert Pattinson!”

Despite the brief encounter, it is interesting that SoKo would eventually move on and date Pattinson’s ex-girlfriend. Unfortunately, SoKo left the details about her date with Pattinson out of the interview. However, considering how nothing came of their brief romance, it doesn’t seem likely that anything happened between the two.

As fans are well aware, Stewart and Pattinson dated each other throughout their time working on the Twilight series. However, things didn’t work out between the on-screen lovers, and they eventually broke up after news surfaced that Stewart had cheated. It isn’t clear when SoKo and Pattinson went on their blind date, but it must have happened in the past few years following Pattinson’s breakup with Stewart and eventual engagement to FKA Twigs.

Meanwhile, Vanity Fair is reporting that the French singer has officially confirmed her romance with Kristen Stewart. Although Stewart and SoKo have been spotted in public on multiple occasions, the two hadn’t discussed the nature of their relationship with the media. Now, it appears as though SoKo and Stewart’s relationship has progressed to full out love.

“I’m very, very, very in love and very happy in a relationship, so I don’t have that urge,” SoKo explained when asked about pursuing other relationships.

In addition to SoKo’s confirmation, the new couple has not been shy about displaying their affection in public. In fact, the two have been spotted several times in France and Los Angeles holding hands and even exchanging kisses in a parking lot. Clearly, both of them have recovered from their encounters with Pattinson.

In speaking about her diverse sexual preferences, Stewart recently opened up during an interview with Nylon. In particular, the Twilight star revealed how she doesn’t feel the need to define her sexuality by society’s standards. Instead, Stewart is proud to reject labels and embrace whatever she feels like doing in the moment.

“If you feel you really want to define yourself, and you have the ability to articulate those parameters and that in itself defines you, then do it,” she explained in the interview. “But I am an actress, man. I live in the f–king ambiguity of this life and I love it. I don’t feel like it would be true for me to be like, ‘I’m coming out!’ No, I do a job.”

As far as Pattinson is concerned, the actor has moved on since his relationship with Stewart. Shortly after their split, Pattinson got together with FKA Twigs, and it wasn’t long before they announced their plans to wed. Although their wedding has yet to take place, the two are expected to exchange vows at some point in the near future.
