Summer Rerun: Amanda Bynes Accused Of Yet Another Hit And Run

Television and movie actress Amanda Bynes has allegedly gotten herself involved in yet another fender bender in California and again left the scene of the accident.

According to TMZ, in this latest behind-the-wheel mishap, the former Nickelodeon star, 26, got into an accident with a motorist by the name of Kisa on Ventura Boulevard in the San Fernando Valley. Kisa claims her car, a Toyota Corolla, was rear-ended by a black BMW. She reportedly didn’t recognize Amanda Bynes as the driver at first because Bynes “looked like a hot mess.”

Kisa attempted to exchange insurance information with Bynes but that Bynes acted nervous about producing her own insurance card, and after a brief conversation the actress drove off without sharing the data.

Kisa tells TMZ she called the police, who responded to the scene and took a hit and run report. Kisa says when she told the officer who hit her, the officer replied, “Didn’t she just get a DUI?”

Kisa indicated that her car was not that seriously damaged, but the damage to Bynes’ car was significant. This latest incident involving Amanda Bynes’ driving skill evidently occurred yesterday afternoon.

Amanda Bynes has had several run-ins, as it were, with the law about hit and run accidents this year, and she was also arrested on suspicion of DUI in April. Bynes insisted that she wasn’t drinking at the time of her arrest. The actress even asked via Twitter if President Obama would fire the cops for her so she wouldn’t get in trouble.
