Sarah Palin’s Son Track Back In Court With Ex Wife, Child Visitation Limited
Those Palins can’t seem to stay out of the news, or court for that matter. Bristol Palin is in court fighting with the father of her second child for custody, visitation, and support, and Track Palin is being taken back to court to limit his access to his child after his recent arrest for domestic violence. Mother Sarah Palin is busy stumping for Trump, and trying to secure a position as a television judge, and husband Todd Palin is still in intensive care after a snowmobile accident.
According to the Inquisitr, Track Palin was arrested in January after he was drunk, armed, and assaulted his then girlfriend in the home of his parents, Sarah and Todd Palin, in Alaska. When the police arrived at the Palin home, Track Palin threatened to kill himself with an assault rifle. He was way over the limit in terms of blood alcohol level.

Radaronline is reporting that after Track Palin’s recent arrest, his ex-wife became concerned and is taking him back to court for a custody modification. Track Palin’s ex-wife, Britta Hanson, is concerned for the safety of her four-year-old daughter, Kyla Grace, and wants to limit Track Palin’s exposure to her.
Hansen wants Palin to only see Kyla four days a month, with no overnights. The schedule will rotate, per Track Palin’s work schedule, and he will have Kyla four days a month for eight hours at a time.
This new agreement was put before the court and agreed upon and signed by both parents. Track Palin’s domestic violence case was continued until next month, but Palin is officially charged with “assault in the fourth degree and recklessly injuring, interfering with the report of a domestic violence crime, and possession of a firearm while intoxicated.”
Hanson explained that she is on speaking terms with Track Palin, but the only thing they discuss is the care of their daughter.
“We have a cordial relationship about our daughter. That is as far as it goes.”
People Magazine says that, unlike Track Palin’s reduction in custody, Bristol Palin’s former fiance has been awarded joint custody of daughter Sailor. Bristol Palin’s second baby-daddy (the first is Levi Johnston), Dakota Meyer, just won big in a months-long custody battle and came out with joint custody. Meyer now has joint physical and legal custody along with Bristol Palin.
Bristol Palin objected to Meyer having any overnight visits because Sailor is still breastfeeding, but the judge said that Palin can pump and provide the father milk, or the baby can be given formula. Though Palin initially claimed that Sailor was exclusively breastfed, she admitted in court that Sailor only nurses at night.
The judge said that, because it was Bristol Palin’s sudden decision to move back to Alaska, and away from Meyer, she must now take responsibility for her decisions.
“She must now accommodate visitation between Mr. Meyer and Sailor and the fact that the visitation may inconvenience her or occur on weekends is simply a direct consequence of her own decisions.”
Dakota Meyer is a Medal of Honor recipient, is gainfully employed, and is considered by the court to be a responsible parent.
Do you think that Track Palin will lose custody of his daughter if convicted?
