New Netflix April Movies, TV, And Originals Full List: Kimmy Schmidt, Stanley Kubrick, Ashton Kutcher, And More
April, they say, is the cruelest month — but not for Netflix fans, as the streaming service serves up a new, vast and tantalizing list of movies, TV shows and Netflix originals starting with a huge rollout on April 1. Netflix isn’t fooling with a arms-length roster that ranges from the new Ashton Kutcher sitcom The Ranch, to the season 5 of the off-kilter animated hit Bob’s Burgers, to a pair of classic science fiction films by legendary director Stanley Kubrick.

Also hitting Netflix on April 15, the second season of the quirky and controversial sitcom from 30 Rock creator Tina Fey, The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. Season 2 continues to follow the title character, played in effervescent fashion by Ellie Kemper, as she adapts to life in the real world after surviving the apocalyptic cult that raised her.

Season 3 of another Netflix original, Cuckoo, also debuts on April 15. Actually, with Cuckoo, Netflix follows its practice of purchasing exclusive rights to British programs, then labeling them “original” for a United States audience.
But a United States audience will want to watch Twilight heartthrob Taylor Lautner try his hand at zany comedy in this oddball sitcom.
