Zac Efron Too Busy For Girlfriend Sami Miro As He Totes The Rock Around In ‘Baywatch’

Zac Efron has been busy with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Alexandra Daddario filming his upcoming movie Baywatch. Maybe that’s why that he hasn’t been seen with his girlfriend Sami Miro on set.

“They’ve been seen swinging from ropes and having tire flipping contests on the set of the Baywatch movie reboot,” reports Daily Mail. “But Zac Efron and Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson enjoyed a less strenuous activity on Monday, as they filmed scenes in Miami, Florida… [The Rock] was seen sporting a baby pink helmet and goggles, and wrapping his incredibly muscular arms around Zac, acting as though he was scared.”

Sounds like Zac is having the time of his life with some veterans of the film industry. Maybe the Rock will give him a few pointers to help him become a big star in Hollywood.

Zac didn’t forget to show off his buff body on Instagram, just to make sure that his fans know that he is hard at work.

High School Musical alum also has been spending a lot of time, not with his girlfriend Sami Miro, but with his female co-star Alexandra Daddario, who actually was in San Andreas with the Rock. All three of them have been caught having a ball on the set of Baywatch, which got the fans wondering how they can get anything done if they are having this much fun.

“The 30-year-old actress – best known for her role in the Percy Jackson film series – was joking around with a red float as she filmed scenes al fresco for the big screen adaptation of the 90s TV show with the High School Musical hunk,” according to Daily Mail.

The fact that Zac, Alexandra, and of course, the Rock have all amazing beach bods means that they are definitely not shying away from showing it off to the film cameras as well as the lenses of paparazzi.

But let it be known that these bodies were hard-earned! Zac Efron admitted on his Twitter that he had to suffer through some intense diets and workout routine to get his body Baywatch ready. He said that he went through “[nine] days of absolutely zero carbs & sugar” and that he only ate “organic grass fed/free range protein and organic leafy greens.”

That doesn’t mean that he stops himself from caving into his cravings. He also tweeted that he has cheat days, during which he consumes, “a steak, 4 side potatoes/veggies, macncheese, 3 desserts, bread/butter, brick o cheese & caviar.”

And it also looks like the actor is putting a bit of a pause in his relationship with Sami Miro to concentrate on filming. She has been known for dropping by while he is working on a movie, but she has not yet been caught canoodling with Zac Efron on Baywatch.

But that may be because she is also choosing to focus on her career — online vintage curation!

She also made it a point to say during an interview with Teen Vogue that she is not willing to let her boyfriend get in the way of her work. She said, “I’m really picky about the people I choose to work with because I want the work to represent me, authentically… I don’t want anything to come my way because of superficial reasons, like who I’m with.”
