Karrueche Tran Wants Chris Brown To ‘Move On,’ Model Is ‘Over The BS’ Following Instagram Feud
Karrueche Tran and Chris Brown may have ignited reunion rumors following the release of the singer’s “Back To Sleep (Remix)” last month, but it appears that Karrueche is adamant about moving on from Brown following their heated Instagram feud last week.
Despite reports suggesting that reconciliation may be on the horizon for Karrueche and Chris after the singer gave his ex-girlfriend a shout-out in his “Back To Sleep (Remix),” sources close to Karrueche are speaking out against the reunion claims while noting that Tran wishes Brown would “move on” following their breakup last year.
“[Chris Brown] called her and texted her trying to apologize but it reached a point where she is over the BS and the drama with him,” Karrueche’s source explains. “He never quits no matter how much she told him to leave her alone.”
“This should be very clear now that [Chris Brown] needs to move on.”
Similarly, another source close to Karrueche explains that Tran is fed-up with Brown’s attempts to bash her on social media as a result of her refusal to reconcile.
“She is used to all the trolls by now because that has been going on for a while. In the entertainment business, you have to develop a thick skin or else you will break,” Tran’s source concludes.
The news comes just days after Karrueche Tran revealed to paparazzi that she has no plans to reunite with Brown, especially given the attention surrounding their Instagram spat last week.
When asked if she would consider getting back together with Chris Brown in the future, Karrueche looked into the paparazzi’s camera and replied with a firm, “Nope,” ultimately leading fans to poke fun at Tran’s blunt response on social media.
It didn’t take long for Chris Brown to weigh-in with his opinion on the viral Karrueche Tran “Nope” video; the “Zero” singer took to Instagram last week to comment on a fan-created video in which Karrueche’s reply is incorporated into Brown’s verse from his “Back To Sleep (Remix).” In response to the video, Brown commented with several laughing-crying emojis, leading fans to weigh-in on Chris’ “unbothered” response to the drama surrounding his split from Karrueche, the Shade Room reports.
Last week, Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran made headlines after they exchanged heated words on Instagram as a result of Brown’s escalating feud with Tran’s manager, Jacob York.
After Chris began accusing Jacob York of “capitalizing” off of his split from Karrueche, Tran took to Instagram to fire back at Brown by calling the singer “petty.”
“You’re calling me a b**** yet you’re screaming my name in a song about getting back together?” Karrueche began in her reply to Brown, referencing the singer’s shout-out in his “Back To Sleep (Remix)” track.

“CAN ALL THIS PETTY S*** STOP. IT IS SO UNNECESSARY,” Karrueche continued. “You have a beautiful daughter and so much to live for. LIVE YOUR LIFE and be positive. I am so over the drama! I just wanna work and be happy and take care of my family. Every f****** day it’s something new!!! And all you f**** get your life and laughs from this s*** show..I am M******** tied!!”
