WWE Rumors: Yet Another Huge Surprise Planned Before ‘WrestleMania 32’
Leading up to WrestleMania 32, there have been a number of big surprises from WWE. Some of them have been huge, such as the return of Shane McMahon and the debut of Sami Zayn, while others have slid under the radar as smaller occurrences. With two weeks remaining until the huge Pay-Per-View on April 3, it looks as if WWE isn’t done and there is going to be at least one more big surprise coming fans’ way.
Now, it’s not entirely known what this surprise will be or when it is going to happen, but it appears as if something is coming as Cageside Seats reports.
“Apparently WWE has at least one more big surprise planned before WrestleMania 32.”
The biggest surprise, by far, is the return of Shane McMahon to WWE as he has been absent from television since 2010. Seeing him come back was a huge shock, and no one thought that he would show up on Monday Night Raw a couple weeks ago.
After that, he was thrown into a huge match at WrestleMania 32 which pits him against The Undertaker inside Hell in a Cell. If Shane is able to pull out the victory, he will gain control of Monday Night Raw, which is said to be him taking control of WWE.Since then, there are a number of rumors and fantasy scenarios that have popped up. Some think that Shane-O Mac is bringing in a mercenary to fight his battle for him, and the names of Bill Goldberg and CM Punk have come out of nowhere, but there is nothing behind them.
The next week, there was yet another surprise and it was the re-debut of Sami Zayn on the main roster of WWE.
Zayn had wrestled on the main roster before as he took on John Cena, and it ended up leading to an injury that took him out of action for months. Now, he’s made his full-time main roster debut and is getting right into a program with Kevin Owens for the Intercontinental Title.
Around the same time, Mick Foley made a return to WWE and it wasn’t just for a cheap reason. He actually got involved in a big-time feud going on between Dean Ambrose and Brock Lesnar as they head to their No Holds Barred Street Fight at WrestleMania 32.
Sportsrageous reported that Mick Foley was going to make a huge announcement of some kind. While he did sort of “pass the torch” to Ambrose, there could be something bigger coming.
As reported earlier by Inquisitr, there are a number of big-time legends that will be appearing at WrestleMania 32 and their roles may now be known. “Stone Cold” Steve Austin and The Rock will likely have roles that are fun, but not entirely affecting storylines. Now, Shawn Michaels may end up having a bigger role than either of those two legends. No, he won’t be wrestling, but he could take part in the main event. Rumors have had him landing as the special guest referee for the WWE World Heavyweight Title Match between Triple H and Roman Reigns.
That’s not confirmed yet, but it is a very good possibility for what this new surprise could end up being.
AJ Styles has debuted. Shinsuke Nakamura will make his company debut at NXT Takeover: Dallas. Perhaps the former Bullet Club members, Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows will show up, but they’re not supposed to arrive on the scene until after WrestleMania.
Vince McMahon and WWE want WrestleMania 32 to be absolutely huge, but some big injuries over the past couple of months have hindered the original setup. Plans are still in place for a gigantic event, but names from the past, debuts, and surprises are needed. Rumor has it more are coming.
