‘The Bachelorette’ 2016 Spoilers: JoJo Fletcher’s Ex-Boyfriend Chad Joins ABC Series, Reality Steve Reveals Contestant List

With the filming of The Bachelorette 2016 already on its way, Reality Steve is back at it again, giving fans fresh scoops and hottest spoilers of what to expect in the next installment of the franchise. The spoiler site recently revealed five of the 25 contestants vying for JoJo Fletcher and one of them is allegedly her ex-boyfriend Chad Rookstool. Fans of The Bachelor first met Chad last season during JoJo’s hometown date with Ben Higgins. Fletcher was definitely surprised when she came home to a bouquet of roses and a heartfelt letter from her ex-boyfriend who apparently wanted to get back together.

Although she was clearly upset with Chad’s timing, JoJo tried to sort it out with him over the phone. She explained that she has moved on and had no plans of getting back together with him. Ben was a perfect gentleman throughout this awkward situation and let JoJo deal with it.

While JoJo Fletcher and Chad Rookstool’s relationship did not work out, Reality Steve claimed that the two still remained good friends. It was said that he even agreed to doggie-sit for her while she competed for Ben Higgins in The Bachelor 2016.

Given their connection, it is perfectly natural for fans to assume that Chad Rookstool will be one of the contestants in The Bachelorette 2016. JoJo Fletcher may not have feelings for him as of the moment but viewers know that spending months on a romantic location could change just about everything.

However, according to Reality Steve, the Chad that is part of The Bachelorette 2016, is an entirely different person from JoJo Fletcher’s ex. Turns out, the 25-year-old Chad Thedford is a real estate agent from Frisco, Texas, who interestingly is already friends with JoJo on Facebook. “Not sure if that’s just because they’re both in real estate in the Dallas area, or if they actually know each other, but as of this morning, she’s on his friends list,” Steve wrote.

In spite of what Reality Steve said, Celeb Dirty Laundry still insisted that JoJo Fletcher’s ex-boyfriend Chad Rookstool and Chad Thedford are the same person. The publication held that it might be more than just coincidence that Thedford and Fletcher both came from Texas and were already friends long before The Bachelorette 2016 happened. It was said that this may just be another gimmick to hype up the next season.

“Conspiracy theories are already floating around the internet and teasing that Chad Rookstool and Chad Thedford are one in the same – and Chris Harrison and the producers are just trying to keep the shocking twist quiet until the premiere.”

Aside from Chad Rookstool, multiple sources claim that JoJo Fletcher has also started seeing The Bachelorette alum Nick Viall. It has even been rumored that Viall wanted to be part of the franchise again, after getting his heart broken by Andi Dorfman and Kaitlyn Bristowe. While Nick has yet to give up on love, The Bachelorette alum said that he had no interest in being part of the ABC reality series again. He recently took to his Twitter account, explaining that there was no truth to the hookup rumors. “My search for love continues, but no longer includes group dates. Jojo’s 25 new boy friends can rest easy #TheBachelor #TheBachelorette,” he tweeted.

JoJo Fletcher made quite an impression on The Bachelor 2016 fans when she came out of the limo wearing a unicorn mask. Host Chris Harrison thought that JoJo was making a joke about “how guys are always holding out for a unicorn.” The Bachelor host also revealed that JoJo just went through a break up before joining the reality series. Ben Higgins and JoJo Fletcher definitely had a lot in common and had amazing chemistry together. He, however, eventually decided to give his final rose to Lauren Bushnell and Fletcher went on to being the lead in The Bachelorette 2016. The Bachelorette 2016 premieres Monday, May 23.
