Real Housewife Adrienne Maloof Separating From Husband
Real Housewife Adrienne Maloof is separating from her husband Dr. Paul Nassif.
Nassif reportedly filed papers on Monday at a Los Angeles courthouse and has already moved out of their home. RadarOnline reports that Maloof plans to fight her husband for “full legal” custody of their three children, Gavin, Colin and Christian.
“Adrienne is going to fight Paul for full legally custody of the kids. She wants primary physicalcustody… She says she is the parent who is with the kids the most, and she will do everything she can to keep them. She believes this is what is best for them.”
Maloof is also hoping to keep most of her fortune from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
The source added:
“She thinks Paul will try and go after her money but their prenup is ironclad. She said Paul will not get any of the Maloof family fortune. She isn’t afraid to battle it out in court with Paul for her family and kids. They are the most important thing to her and she’s not going to give up or give in to him.”
Contact Music reports that Adrienne Maloof’s fortune is worth about $300 million.
Maloof and Nassif both tried to make the marriage work but decided that it was best for the children to separate. And according to TMZ, a tumultuous custody battle may be avoided.
A source told the gossip site:
“Dr. Nassif’s sole focus is making sure both Adrienne and the kids are as happy as possible in this very difficult time. His goal is to ensure the best interest of the children. He is going to stay focused on them and his patients.”
