Robert Pattinson Set To Wed Fka Twigs This Summer, Happy For ‘Twilight’ Love Kristen Stewart And Soko

It may have been long in coming, but Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs are planning on exchanging vows this coming summer. With a date now set in stone, the two are currently busy with all the wedding plans. At the same time, Pattinson ex-girlfriend, Kristen Stewart, has started a new relationship of her own. What does Pattinson think about his former Twilight co-star’s newest girlfriend?

According to Hollywood Life, Stewart is currently dating SoKo, a well known singer in France. Not only is Pattinson thrilled about her new romance, but he is also hopeful the Stewart’s future remains bright for years to come.

“Rob is very happy for Kristen and only hopes for the best in all her relationships and career goals,” a source told the outlet. “He doesn’t have any ill will towards her, they did their time together and is happy knowing she is happy.”

As fans will recall, Pattinson’s relationship with Stewart ended on rather unfortunate terms. According to Parent Herald, the two decided to part ways following reports that Stewart had cheated on Pattinson with Rupert Sanders, the director of Snow White and the Huntsman.

While Pattinson moved on with his life and eventually found his way to Twigs, Stewart has had a number of different relationships since their parting. Stewart was most recently involved with Alicia Cargile, though the two eventually called it quits because of work.

In light of Pattinson’s emotional breakup with Stewart, the actor recently opened up about his experiences during his Twilight days. According to Enstarz, Pattinson had it rough for a few years after the end of the Twilight series. Luckily, he was able to fully recover and hasn’t looked back since.

“It took years to digest what happened to me, the movies’ success, the celebrity…[Before] I did not have a [career] plan, [no] particular ambition. I had to create them from time to time,” he stated. “I am not blacklisted from anywhere yet. I am working with whomever I want…so I don’t have the intention to force the audience to change their point of view.”

Apart from Stewart’s new fling, Pattinson certainly has a lot on his mind with his upcoming wedding with Twigs. According to Movie News Guide, the couple is planning on having their wedding in Europe, though an exact location has not been revealed. In fact, a lot of the details of their wedding have been kept tightly under wraps because of outside pressures.

Still, a few leaks have surfaced about the highly anticipated ceremony. For starters, it is known that Pattinson and Twigs have already started to practice for their wedding dance. Considering Twigs’ background in music, the dancing part has understandably come easier for her. However, the same can’t be said of Pattinson, who has reportedly started to annoy Twigs with his lack of coordination on the dance floor.

At the same time, Pattinson and Twigs’ wedding is expected to be an exclusive affair. While most of their close friends and family will be in attendance, it isn’t clear how many people the couple will decide to invite. In fact, Kellan Lutz recently told ET Online that he wasn’t sure if he’ll be invited to the event, despite his long time friendship with Pattinson.

Considering how secretive they have been so far in their wedding plans, it is unclear if Pattinson and Twigs will reveal anything further about the ceremony. So far, an official day has not been set, though fans can expect some kind of an announcement this coming summer. Whether or not Stewart will be invited to the ceremony is yet to be seen.
