Joran van der Sloot’s Wife & Natalee Holloway’s Father Comment On Confession

The Natalee Holloway case has its first break in years, and it comes with a confession from the only suspect that authorities from Aruba have ever had. Joran van der Sloot, who is in a Peruvian jail after killing Stephany Flores there and confessing to her murder, is the source of the new news. Now both Joran van der Sloot’s wife and Natalee Holloway’s father Dave Holloway are speaking out about the confession.

According to The Inquisitr, Joran van der Sloot confessed to an undercover reporter at the Peruvian prison called the Alcatraz of the Andes. Joran van der Sloot called out the government of Aruba and the police force to say he lied to them and they could never catch him. Joran van der Sloot was the last person seen with Natalee Holloway. Joran van der Sloot was finally arrested and convicted after he killed what we now know is a second woman in a Peruvian casino.

Radaronline is reporting that Natalee Holloway’s father, Dave Holloway hopes that Joran van der Sloot rots just where he is, in a Peruvian prison.

“He could sit down there and rot in the prison system he’s in now.”

Dave Holloway is suggesting that the prison van der Sloot is in right now is hell, and Holloway believes that van der Sloot would say anything to get back to Aruba, even if it is for prison.

“I do know the Peruvian prison system he’s in now is pretty harsh and obviously he’s trying to get to Aruba or somewhere else.”

Dave Holloway says that he doesn’t believe that the government of Aruba will ever take the bait. Holloway says that van der Sloot has played this sick game too many times, and nobody is believing him, and he knows that Stephany Flores’ father will not let van der Sloot leave his current third world prison.

Holloway doesn’t believe he will ever hear the truth from van der Sloot who is referred to as “the Demented Dutchman.” Dave Holloway was already aware of these statements from van der Sloot, who allegedly wrote them down in an autobiography of sorts. Holloway says he will not waste his time or money speaking to van der Sloot ever again.

Radaronline is also saying that despite the fact that Joran van der Sloot’s wife Leidy Figueroa was in the room when he confessed to murder, she did not understand a word, as she does not speak English or Dutch, but regardless, even if her husband is a murderer twice over, she still respects him.

“I respect him speaking his own language, so I don’t know anything about these confessions.”

Figueroa is a Peruvian local who met van der Sloot at the prison while she was there visiting family members who are also in prison. They got married in the prison, and he impregnated her there. She has since become his most vocal defender, and though she says she knows van der Sloot is a murderer, she says “her Joran” is no monster, and he is very sorry for the crimes he has committed.

Joran van der Sloot’s wife is a local Peruvian woman with no education, and she claims she has no access to the internet or any media. She says he is a different man now than when he killed Stephany Flores by beating her to death.

According to the Daily Mail, it does seem odd that after years of dodging the government and investigators of Aruba, suddenly van der Sloot is spilling the beans on Natalee Holloway’s murder. Joran van der Sloot has claimed that many people have tried to kill him at his Peruvian prison in the last five years, and he has at least twenty more years to serve.

It is plausible that van der Sloot would say anything to get out of the Alcatraz of the Andes and back on to the island paradise of Aruba where his mother still lives. Joran van der Sloot’s father died during the original investigation into Natalee Holloway’s death, and was thought to be one of the people who helped cover up Joran van der Sloot’s involvement in the crime.
