Jamie Foxx And Katie Holmes Spotted Wearing Matching Gold Bands, Could There Be A Wedding And A Baby On The Way?

Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes’s relationship is moving faster than anyone thought. Although the couple has managed to keep the details of their romance out of the public eye, the two have been spotted wearing matching gold bands. Are they secretly engaged? Does their sudden engagement have anything to do with their reported baby?

According to Hollywood Life, Foxx was spotted earlier this month making his way through an Atlanta airport. Foxx sported a dapper suit and tie, complete with a gold band on his left ring finger, which ignited rumors of an engagement with Holmes.

For her part, Holmes was also seen wearing a diamond ring on her wedding finger as recent as last month. Neither Holmes nor Foxx have officially commented on the matter, but it seems like more than a coincidence that both of them have been seen wearing engagement style rings. After all, this isn’t the first time a wedding rumor has circulated between Hollywood’s most secretive couple.

In recent months, there have been reports of a possible elopement or a private wedding ceremony for the couple. So far, no plans have come to light, though their decision to marry might have something to do with a coming baby.

An inside source recently told OK! Magazine that Holmes is currently pregnant with Foxx’s child. Not only is Holmes pregnant, according to the source, but she is already a few months into the pregnancy.

“The buzz started around Valentine’s Day that she’s almost three months along, and that they’re having a girl… Some people think she may have even undergone IVF, but nobody knows for sure. However it happened, there’s no doubt they’re thrilled about it.”

While it appears as though Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes are becoming more and more serious about their relationship, it isn’t clear why they haven’t made any official announcements about their romance. There may be a good reason behind their decision to remain quiet, and it might have something to do with Holmes’ ex-husband, Tom Cruise.

Hollywood Life is reporting that Foxx is worried how Cruise might react to his relationship, and potential marriage, to Holmes. In particular, the actor is afraid that Cruise might become unhinged if he starts to flaunt his relationship with Holmes in public.

“Jamie loves Katie so much and he prides himself on keeping his relationship with her private… The last thing he wants is Tom going all Collateral on him. Jamie doesn’t know Tom’s crazy side and he likes to keep it that way. He’s heard war stories from Katie about what it’s like to be his bad side and he doesn’t want that drama.”

As fans will recall, Holmes and Cruise were very public about their romance and marriage. According to EnStarz, the relationship between Cruise and Holmes reached new heights in 2006 after the Mission: Impossible star announced his love for Holmes on Oprah Winfrey’s show. Cruise accomplished this by jumping up and down on Oprah’s couch and appeared head over heels with Holmes.

However, things didn’t work out between the couple, and now that Foxx is dating Holmes, it is understandable why he’s worried about getting on Cruise’s bad side. Considering his former passion for Holmes, there’s really no telling how Cruise might react to their relationship.

That being said, if Foxx and Holmes are planning on getting married, then it will only be a matter of time before an announcement is made. Exactly how Cruise reacts will be interesting to see unfold. Hopefully, this fear won’t keep Foxx from making an announcement in coming weeks.
