Kristen Stewart Spotted Strolling Hand-In-Hand In Paris With Her New Girlfriend

It goes without saying that Paris is the world capital of romance, so where else would expect to have seen Kristen Stewart walking hand-in-hand with her new girlfriend, SoKo? Kristen Stewart certainly looked the happiest we’ve seen her in a good while, sharing a romantic trip to the city with her nearest dearest.

The American actress’ latest love interest is French singer, Stéphanie Sokolinski, who is of course best known by the name of SoKo. The pair were spotted walking hand-in-hand along the Canal Saint-Martin in Paris, which is best known as the city of love.

Given Paris isn’t particularly at its warmest this type of year, it’s no surprise that the pair appeared to be wrapped up winter clothing, clutching on to each other. That being said, this wasn’t the only time the pair were spotted on their trip to Paris, later being seen in the city again, in somewhat dressed down attire. SoKo is, of course, French herself, so it’s no surprise to see that the couple appear to be splitting their time behind France and Kristen Stewart’s home in the United States.

The sighting of the couple comes after SoKo was spotted visiting Los Angeles just earlier this month, with her arm around Kirsten as the pair appeared to be leaving a Vegan restaurant.

As you can imagine, though, the distance between the pair’s native countries has definitely caused something of an issue for their relationship. The couple doesn’t appear to be making any plans to move closer to each other, but they appear to have found something of a compromise in the form of Apple’s FaceTime platform. SoKo has shared pictures to her Instagram account of the pair sharing a romantic FaceTime session together.

When news first broke that U.S. acting megastar Kristen Stewart was dating SoKo, it left many fans questioning exactly who SoKo actually is. The singer is relatively unknown in Kristen Stewart’s home country, the United States. However, in France, she’s had a popular acting and singing career for well over a decade, whilst also dabbling in fashion. In fact, only last week did she sit in the front row at Chanel Paris Fashion Week. There’s no denying that SoKo is one of France’s best known pop-stars, and the news that U.S. acting star Kristen Stewart is dating her was pretty big news in France.

Kristen Stewart, on the other hand is likely better known to the U.S. audience. The 25-year-old rose to fame because her role as protagonist Bella Swan in the Twilight saga. Since then, she’s also appeared in a number of blockbuster hits. However, her acting breakthrough is no surprise, considering Stewart was born into an acting family.

Stewart’s first high profile relationship was believed to be with Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson. Since her relationship with Pattinson broke down, the star has faced a number of questions around her sexuality. She repeatedly declined to “come out” as homosexual, but it quickly arose that Stewart was dating a woman.

Despite the time and distance between them, Kristen Stewart and her partner certainly appear to be happy with their relationship. We’d expect to see plenty more pictures of the pair exploring both SoKo’s hometown of Paris and Stewart’s home of Los Angeles in the U.S., and we wouldn’t be all that surprised to hear the pair announce co-habitation sometime soon.

For now though, we’re just looking forward to hearing about more of Stewart’s upcoming film roles, and there’s a chance she could be appearing on screen with her partner too.
