Olivia Caridi Heading To ‘Bachelor In Paradise’? Chris Harrison Dishes On Season 3 Cast
Olivia Caridi didn’t win Bachelor Ben Higgins’ heart, but she may have a second chance at finding love this summer when Bachelor in Paradise returns for a third season.
The 23-year-old news anchor, who was eliminated on the two-on-one date on episode 6 of The Bachelor, recently taped the upcoming “Women Tell All” special that airs March 7. According to Entertainment Tonight, Olivia spent time in the hot seat with host Chris Harrison and was called out by several of her cast mates for her villain-worthy actions on the show.

Although she wasn’t well-liked by the girls she had to live with during her time on the Bachelor, Chris Harrison thinks she would be a great addition to the cast of the upcoming summer reality series, Bachelor in Paradise, along with several other girls from Ben’s season.
According to Buddy TV, Chris talked about his “dream cast” for BIP 3 during a recent conversation with reporters. The rose master stated that Olivia would be “fantastic” and she is “definitely someone” who will join the show.
Whether Olivia accepts her offer is still unknown, but it wouldn’t be unusual for a villain to head to Paradise — remember Joe Bailey? However, there’s a good chance that she would prove to fans that she’s not the villain they made her out to be. After all, producers often edit out the positive moments and focus on the negative.

After taping the “Women Tell All” special, Olivia spoke with Glamour about the bad edit she was given on the Bachelor. She was asked about the conversation she had with Ben about her ankles and how she seemed to be insensitive to Ben who, minutes before, told the girls that friends of his family had passed away.
Viewers only saw Olivia talking about her ankles, but producers edited out the moment that she asked Ben how he was doing after receiving news about the death of his friends.
“I will say, not everything we talk about makes air. So, of course, the first thing I said was, ‘How are you? I’m always here for you. I’m your shoulder to cry on.’ But it’s a long story, which is why I should have known that it wasn’t going to make [the aired version].”
Olivia went on to say that the reason she brought up her ankles during their conversation was due to the other girls criticizing her legs. She simply wanted to thank Ben for complimenting her legs earlier in the day during the soccer group date because she was “very overweight growing up” and says she hates her legs.

If Olivia decides to join the upcoming season of Bachelor in Paradise, she may see several familiar faces when she arrives — she isn’t the only girl from Ben’s season on Chris Harrison’s dream cast list.
Chris also thinks the twins, Emily and Haley Ferguson, and Jubilee Sharp, would be a great additions to the cast. He also mentioned Amanda Stanton, who lost out on the Bachelorette gig to Caila Quinn.
Several weeks ago, Chris asked Lace Morris to join the show during the Bachelor Live show and she has yet to confirm that she is down for some sun, fun, and drama this summer. It would be a big surprise to find out she turned it down.
Other rumored additions to the Bachelor in Paradise 3 cast include Carly Waddell and JJ Lane.
Carly left Paradise last summer broken-hearted when Kirk DeWindt ended their on-screen relationship and moved on with Nashville singer-songwriter Erik DiNardo. Last month, she revealed that she is no longer dating Erik, so there’s a good chance she’ll be back for more drama in Paradise.
JJ Lane may make a return to Paradise, but only under one condition. He recently told the New York Post that if Amanda Stanton is part of the cast, he would be in, stating that he wants to “get to know that girl,” but would walk the f**k away if she doesn’t show up.
