‘Game Of Thrones’ Kit Harington Confirms Jon Snow’s Return In Season 6
Game of Thrones blew everyone’s minds when they killed Jon Snow in the last season. But even though the bigger Game of Thrones people are insisting Jon Snow is dead as dead can be, Game of Thrones and Jon Snow fans alike are churning out theories after theories that their favorite character will still be alive.
Amidst all the silence of Game of Thrones characters on the fate of Jon Snow, Kit Harington (the actor that plays Jon Snow) finally comes out and reveals that his character will indeed come back in Season 6—not dead per se, but quite undead.
Time Out caught up with Kit Harrington and asked the man straight away if he is doing any filming for Season 6 of Game of Thrones. It was more of a confirmation, anyway, since Kit Harrington has been constantly spotted in the Game of Thrones set for Season 6 in Northern Ireland.
After Kit Harrington says, “Look, I’m not in the show any more. I’m definitely not in the new series,” Time Out presses and asks if he isn’t filming any more scenes for Game of Thrones Season 6. Harrington answers he’s been filming scenes as a corpse and adds jokingly that it has been some of his best work.
“I filmed some scenes of me being dead. It’s some of my best work… I know how long I’m a corpse for, but I can’t tell you that!”
While Kit Harington continues to stay mum about Jon Snow’s possible resurrection, as some fan theories point out, he does confirm that he is still filming for Season 6 of Game of Thrones. Other possible appearance of Jon Snow in Game of Thrones this season is a flashback care of Bran Stark’s new powers.

“If you get stabbed that many times, you’re dead, you know. There are some basic medical rules that even apply in Westeros. So Jon Snow is dead right now.”
Dormer, however, emphatically repeated the “right now” part of her statement when pressed further.
And if you didn’t catch the latest from our much-loved Game of Thrones character,
Daenerys Targaryen, Emilia Clarke (actress playing Daenerys Targaryen) did drop some serious bombs about the future of Game of Thrones’ Jon Snow.
Emilia Clarke took the stage at the Independent Spirit Awards sponsored by Heineken last February 27, and received the Best First Feature award for The Diary of a Teenage Girl with director Nate Parker. Maybe a Game of Thrones fan himself, Nate Parker decided to ask Clarke on the stage if she knows anything about Jon Snow’s fate in the succeeding seasons of Game of Thrones. When he pressed her and told her to wink if Jon Snow was still alive, the cameras caught Clarke wink.
Kit Harington has already confirmed he is filming scenes for Game of Thrones Season 6, albeit for a corpse role, and he has yet to cut his hair (a condition the producers held against Harington was he couldn’t cut his hair as long as he still playing the character Jon Snow). If this means anything for Jon Snow’s possible resurrection in the later seasons of Game of Thrones, we will be holding on to that chance.
Meanwhile, Game of Thrones Season 5 arrives on Blu-ray and DVD on March 15, 2016. Get a copy and get to re-watch Jon Snow’s heartbreaking death yet again before Game of Thrones Season 6 premieres on HBO on April 24. Deleted scenes from Game of Thrones Season 5 will be in the DVD, among other features, so it may be worth a look.
