Ben Higgins Is Engaged: ‘Bachelor’ Spoils Big Final Rose Ceremony Tidbit, Will It Be Lauren Bushnell Or JoJo Fletcher?
Viewers of ABC’s The Bachelor 2016 season starring Ben Higgins are buzzing about everything that went down during his overnight dates in Episode 9. He told both Lauren Bushnell and JoJo Fletcher that he loves them before sending Caila Quinn home. While many have been eager to see what kind of chaos this will create during the final rose ceremony, Higgins just shared a big Bachelor spoiler teasing that it all turns out well in the end. What has he shared?
Ben Higgins chatted with Good Morning America Tuesday morning after the big episode where this Bachelor star declared his love for both Lauren and JoJo. Until this point, he has not said much about how things turn out at that final rose ceremony, other than sharing general tidbits such as it was a good experience and he is happy with how things went.
Now, however, Higgins shares a big Bachelor spoiler: he is engaged to his final pick! Granted, this is not news for anybody who follows Reality Steve’s spoilers. Steve teased back in November that Ben proposed to his final lady and he has said that she accepted. This is the first time, however, that Ben himself says that he popped the question.
Reality Steve’s Bachelor spoilers have recently indicated that Ben and his final pick are still together and seemingly doing well. Now, Higgins says that this is indeed the case. In fact, Ben says he and his lady are happier than ever and fans will get to see that for themselves in just a couple more weeks.
Of course, the big question is, does Higgins’ final rose go to JoJo Fletcher or Lauren Bushnell? Considering that he expressed his love for both ladies during the fantasy suite dates, viewers have plenty to debate about on this front. Reality Steve’s spoilers detailed during filming that one of these ladies became a clear frontrunner for Ben, but he has most definitely developed intense feelings for both women.
Next up for the franchise is the “Women Tell All” special, where most of the bachelorettes will gather to chat about this season. Neither JoJo or Lauren were there for filming, but Ben and Caila were, along with some of this season’s other buzzworthy participants. Then, it will be time for the Season 20 finale. The Bachelor spoilers indicate that both Lauren and JoJo will meet Ben’s parents, and both ladies will get last-chance dates. It sounds as if Higgins will have some very emotional moments during these outings as he moves toward his big decision in this last episode of the season.

While recent leads Chris Soules and Juan Pablo Galavis were unable to make their relationships last all the way to a wedding, Kaitlyn Bristowe is still going strong with her pick, Shawn Booth. Fans are certainly hoping that Higgins will manage to follow the likes of Sean Lowe, who did marry his pick, rather than the majority of the male leads whose relationships fizzle once the cameras are gone.
Additional Bachelor spoilers will be coming out ahead of that big finale and viewers cannot wait to see how it all plays out. Fans are thrilled to get confirmation that Ben Higgins is engaged and they cannot wait to see whether it is Lauren Bushnell or JoJo Fletcher sitting next to him, surely grinning from ear-to-ear with a big engagement ring on her finger, during that “After the Final Rose” special.
