John Travolta’s New Look
John Travolta has triggered quite a frenzy on Twitter over his look in the hit show The People Vs OJ Simpson, according to the Daily Mail. The 62-year-old Pulp Fiction actor is suspected to have undergone plastic surgery, as his face appeared different on the show, as noted by fans.
John Travolta, who made women around the world swoon in his earlier years, now has a radically different look, and it’s not just due to age. Some say his face looks like it’s “melting,” while others comment that he looks remarkably similar to Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.

Are we all going to act like we don’t notice that they’ve replaced John Travolta’s face with L. Ron Hubbard’s? pic.twitter.com/t5GkaHuO71

The seventies heartthrob appeared in The People Vs OJ Simpson with a pair of extremely bushy arched eyebrows, a chestnut tan, a very tight forehead, and different hair. Such a look triggered quite a frenzy on Twitter, with many feeling sad that John Travolta decided to interfere with his natural look and choose not to age gracefully.

In the show, John Travolta plays the role of Hollywood lawyer Robert Shapiro. The People Vs OJ Simpson is currently airing in both the U.S. and the U.K., and it tells the story of the arrest and conviction of former American football star OJ Simpson. OJ Simpson was accused of murdering his own wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her close friend, Ronald Goldman.
Shapiro, portrayed by John Travolta in the TV mini-series, is now 73-years-old and is still one of the most respected lawyers in Hollywood. The lawyer has provided his services to a number of big celebrities, including the Kardashians, Linda Lovelace, and Eva Longoria.
Some people are saying that John Travolta now resembles legendary bodybuilder and former Governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger.

According to the Daily Mail, Miles Berry, consultant plastic surgeon, said John Travolta’s new hair and brows are certainly different, but it may have something to do with the role he is playing on the show.
“The only real difference is the lower eyelids and I suspect that he may have had a blepharoplasty in the last few years.”
Mr. Berry also noted that John Travolta had periorbital muscles and some wrinkling, but the Grease and Saturday Night Fever actor’s plastic surgeon performed his job “well.”
“He is starting to look a bit like Arnie Schwarzenegger, but ‘melting waxwork’ seems a bit harsh!”
Numerous news agencies have contacted John Travolta’s representatives for comment.
In other John Travolta news, upcoming drama Life on the Line, starring John Travolta, Kate Bosworth, and Sharon Stone, tells the story of a crew of men who were hit by a deadly storm while performing high-wire work of fixing the electrical grid, according to SlashFilm.
Just hours are left until the Academy Awards ceremony takes place at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California, on Sunday, February 28, at 5:30 p.m. PST. Listing five most viral moments of previous Oscars ceremonies, Us Magazine recalled John Travolta’s Idina Menzel/Adele Dazeem flub.
During the 2014 Academy Awards ceremony, John Travolta introduced the Frozen singer – Idina Menzel – to the stage as “Adele Dazeem.” He then followed it up awkwardly by touching the singer’s face. Twitter users were quick to react and created thousands of memes, making fun of Travolta. Even Jimmy Fallon jumped on the bandwagon.

Shortly after the flub, John Travolta told Us Weekly that he had been beating himself up all day, but then he thought that Idina Menzel would probably say to him “let it go, let it go!”
“I’ve been beating myself up all day. Then I thought… What would Idina Menzel say? She’d say, ‘Let it go, let it go!’ “
John Travolta was nominated for the Oscar for Best Actor for Saturday Night Fever and Pulp Fiction. In 2014, the 62-year-old actor received the IIFA Award for Outstanding Achievement in International Cinema.
