Gwen Stefani And Blake Shelton Attend Wedding After Gwen Goes Crazy Trying To Get To Blake’s Concert
Gwen Stefani had one very eventful weekend, and her adventures all revolved around her attempt to spend some quality time with cowboy boyfriend, Blake Shelton.
Gwen’s been busy promoting her upcoming album, This Is What the Truth Feels Like, but she’s been making sure to keep a little space in her busy schedule free so that she can hang with Blake. The couple’s most recent outing together took place on Saturday in Franklin, Tennessee, and it was a romantic one. According to People, they were guests at the wedding of former The Voice contestant RaeLynn and financial advisor Josh Davis.
RaeLynn was a member of Blake Shelton’s team on The Voice, and she and the “Sangria” singer grew so close that Blake planned her Christmas-themed engagement party last December. According to Entertainment Tonight, Blake attended the party with Gwen Stefani, so it should come as no surprise that she was also his wedding date. Gwen and Blake both dressed up in all-black attire, and they graciously posed for photos with wedding guests.
RaeLynn is also pals with Blake Shelton’s ex, Miranda Lambert, and Entertainment Tonight reports that RaeLynn did send a wedding invitation to the “Over You” singer. However, Miranda did not attend the event.
RaeLynn’s winter wonderland ceremony is the third wedding that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have attended together. As the Inquisitr previously reported, Gwen actually caught the bouquet at the January 9 wedding of Blake’s stylist, Amanda Craig. The floral arrangement reportedly hit Blake in the head before Gwen picked it up.
While Ellen DeGeneres was grilling Gwen Stefani about Blake Shelton on her talk show, she revealed that she saw Blake and Gwen at another wedding that took place on the same day as Clive Davis’ famed Grammy party.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the wedding in question was the star-studded Valentine’s Day nuptials of Interscope founder Jimmy Iovine and actress Liberty Ross. Female attendees were asked to wear red, which is why so many famous women were wearing the color at Clive Davis’ party. Many attendees likely had to make a mad dash to Davis’ Grammy bash after watching Iovine and Ross tie the knot.
Hopefully the latest wedding Gwen Stefani attended was a little less hectic—she likely needed to kick back and relax a bit on Saturday after the stressful Friday that she endured. According to E! News, Gwen was trying to make it to Blake’s Kansas City concert on Friday night, but she feared she would miss getting to see her beau perform after she missed her flight.
Gwen Stefani live-tweeted her dismay at not being allowed to board the plane and having to watch it fly away, and she recorded a heartbreaking video telling Blake that she was sorry that she wouldn’t get to see him.

Luckily, grumpy Gwen caught another flight, but she was still worried that she wouldn’t make it to Kansas City on time because her plane had to make a stop in Phoenix.

While she was at the Phoenix airport, Gwen had a little fun playing find-the-tabloid-with-my-face-on-it. She discovered a magazine cover claiming that she and Blake are no longer together, and she just had to pose with it—here she is going crazy trying to get to her man, and the tabloids are claiming that she’s not even with him anymore.

The “Make Me Like You” singer later acknowledged the tweet of a sneaky fan who almost got thrown out of the concert for trying to snap a photo of Gwen looking absolutely transfixed by Blake’s performance.

Blake Shelton has said that he thinks that it’s too soon to be thinking about marrying Gwen Stefani, but maybe he’ll start to consider putting a ring on it after seeing how hard Gwen fought to get to him.
