Robert Pattinson And FKA Twigs Ready To Wed, Will ‘Twilight’ Love Kristen Stewart Make The Guest List?

Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs are closer than ever to exchanging vows. Despite multiple delays in their wedding plans, the couple have set aside a time for the highly anticipated ceremony. The official wedding date hasn’t been released, but fans are already speculating who will be in attendance, including whether or not Kristen Stewart will be invited.

According to Movie News Guide, Pattinson is currently filming his upcoming film, Good Time, and is coming off production for The Lost City of Z. With such a busy schedule, it was unclear whether or not Pattinson could find time to marry Twigs.

This is especially true after Daniel Craig reportedly recommended Pattinson for the part of the new James Bond. However, Pattinson turned down the opportunity to play the famous secret agent in order to free up his schedule for the wedding.

Twigs and Pattinson have been engaged since the fall of 2014. The two were expected to marry each other last year, though their plans eventually fell through. Now, it appears as though they are both willing to put their careers aside for the moment in order to finally get married.

In fact, an inside source told Hollywood Life that the couple is planning on going through with their wedding at some point this year. As far as Twigs is concerned, the British singer is apparently tired of waiting around and wants to take their relationship to the next level.

“Twigs has told Rob this year they have to get married,” the source shared. “She’s fed up of waiting, and she wants something small, quiet and private, so it doesn’t need any elaborate plans.”

While most fans expected their wedding to be a fairly extravagant ordeal, the insider revealed that the ceremony might be a small affair with only family and friends.

“It may even be a registry wedding, in front of a handful of friends and family in the UK. She’s told him she would like to do something in the summer, but has warned him she doesn’t want this dragging on.”

With a wedding on the horizon, one of the questions remaining is whether or not Pattinson and Twigs will invite his former girlfriend and Twilight alum Stewart to the ceremony. At this point, it isn’t clear if Stewart will be among the attendees at the wedding though one of Robert Pattinson’s former pals recently shed a little light on the issue.

During an interview with Contact Music, Pattinson’s Twilight co-star Kellan Lutz explained how the wedding is likely going to include an exclusive guest list. “I’m sure he’s going to be super selective,” he shared.

Lutz went on to talk about keeping in contact with Pattinson and the rest of the cast of the Twilight series. Lutz admitted that he and Pattinson still see each other on occasions though most of his co-stars have moved on with their lives.

“A lot of time has passed, and people got married or have kids. They have different lives now. We still see each other, Hollywood’s a small town. I keep in touch with about half of them.”

Based on Lutz’s comments, it doesn’t seem likely that Stewart will receive a wedding invite. If the ceremony only includes a small number of family and friends, then Stewart is probably not going to the only one left out of the festivities.

Exactly when Pattinson and Twigs have their wedding is unknown. Considering how private they like to keep their lives, it is unlikely that fans will learn of an official date ahead of time.
