British Reality Star Lauren Goodger Reveals Incredible Weight Loss
British reality TV star Lauren Goodger has never shied away from the fact that she struggles with her weight. With that in mind, fans have been pleased to see that the star has now revealed her incredible weight loss. So much so that the star has snapped a busty selfie of herself, showing off her 42-pound weight-loss and generally looking great.
The weight loss generally comes as no surprise though, considering the star released a fitness video earlier in the year, sharing her tips and tricks for losing weight. If she followed her own fitness video when losing weight, that recently released snap is a good selling point.
Lauren Goodger as spotted showcasing her impressive new body shape during a holiday with her party in the Dominican Republic with her boyfriend, Jake McLean. It’s that same holiday where the aforementioned photograph was clearly taken. The photo showing the 29-year-old star with a flat stomach, toned abs, and tanned limbs. With the photograph taken into consideration, we’re pretty sure that fans will be pleased to see the star looking so great, especially considering some of the difficult times she’s faced lately.

When you take her incredible weight loss into consideration, it’s pretty easy to understand why Lauren Goodger might want to take the opportunity to share a quick snap with fans. The star looked well and truly in holiday mode, appearing with a simple hair-do and a complete lack of make-up in the photograph. It’s definitely nice to see this side of Lauren Goodger, putting her hair down and just relaxing.
The photo also shows partner Jake in the background, relaxing and checking his mobile phone. We’re definitely jealous of the incredibly relaxed holiday they appear to be having!
Lauren Goodger is, of course, best known as a reality TV star in the UK, with her most notable appearance being on The Only Way is Essex. Aside from that, the star has also made appearances on a number of other reality TV shows, including Celebrity Big Brother. As far as reality TV stars go in the United Kingdom, Lauren Goodger is certainly considered to be pretty big on that particular scene. Not that big is necessarily a word that can be used to describe Goodger now, considering her incredible weight loss, which we’d imagine comes following criticism we’ve seen the star receive in the past.
Goodger and her partner also used the holiday as an opportunity to share plenty of snaps, relaxing and generally having a good time. Since her fitness DVD release earlier this year, little has been seen of Goodger, so the new snaps are sure to provide a treat for fans.
Prior to her break, the star has been seen doing the rounds on British television, showing off her new body and demonstrating the best bits of her workout DVD. For fans of The Only Way is Essex or just Goodger, the DVD is surely something they’ll be looking to pick up and follow for themselves. We can’t blame though, considering Goodger’s drastic weight loss.
Life only seems to have gotten better for Lauren Goodger since she made her departure from The Only Way is Essex. On her return from holidaying in the sun, fans will now be anticipating exactly what the star will do next. If the fitness DVD is a success on a similar level to the star’s own weight loss, we could definitely see another fitness DVD or series of fitness products on the cards for the TOWIE star.
