‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Jeremy Calvert Will Showcase His New Girlfriend During Season 7

Jeremy Calvert and Brooke Wehr filmed the seventh season of Teen Mom 2 together, and next month, fans will be meeting Wehr for the very first time.

Although the first season of the new installment doesn’t air until March 21, Jeremy Calvert’s girlfriend has already been facing backlash online, but luckily, her boyfriend has her back. On February 22, after Wehr was forced to defend her relationship with Jeremy Calvert, a fan tweeted a positive message to her, and Calvert re-tweeted the post a short time later.

“Everyone’s hating on you for being the girlfriend… f–k it, live your life & be happy with whom ever you choose to be with,” the message read.

Jeremy Calvert is the second ex-husband of Leah Messer, and shares a 3-year-old with the reality star, who also has 6-year-old twin girls with her first husband Corey Simms.

Jeremy Calvert married Messer in April 2012, and in November 2014, they parted ways after a slew of allegations against Messer sent to fans by Calvert on Twitter. After proclaiming his then-wife, Messer, had cheated on him with her former boyfriend, Jeremy Calvert revealed his plans for divorce, but for months, fans were led to believe they could be headed for a reunion.

In late December of that same year, Jeremy Calvert and Messer rang in the New Year together, and in the weeks that followed, they appeared to be back on. Then, in June, with Messer tending to issues of anxiety and depression in an Arizona treatment center, their split was finalized, and they both moved on.

In May 2015, The Ashley’s Reality Roundup reported news of Jeremy Calvert’s relationship with Wehr, claiming the two had been seeing one another for a “little while.” Meanwhile, on Twitter, Messer began tweeting about her personal trainer, Theodore “T.R. Dues,” and rumors of their potential romance followed.

Throughout the sixth season of Teen Mom 2, Jeremy Calvert kept his romance with Wehr off-screen, but during a deleted scene, he was heard talking to a friend about the single mom. Messer, on the other hand, took a different approach, and denied her romance with Dues completely, despite the fact that the two were said to be living together as early as last June.

At this point, with Jeremy Calvert’s relationship confirmed, rumors continue to swirl regarding Leah Messer’s alleged hopes for a reconciliation, despite her on-and-off romance with Dues, but a source claims Jeremy Calvert has no interest in being with his ex.

“There’s no way in hell [Jeremy Calvert] wants to be back with Leah,” a source told The Ashley’s Reality Roundup last month. “They rarely text, and when they do it’s only about Addie.”

In addition, said the source, things between Jeremy Calvert and Wehr were going quite well.

“They split for a little while but are back together right now and going strong,” The Ashley‘s source explained. “Brooke is really different from Leah and Jeremy is really happy with her. They have a lot of fun together.”

Jeremy Calvert and Wehr are “in no rush to live together or anything like that,” the source went on. “They both have daughters, so they want to make sure that they are going to last before they move in together and get the kids involved.”

Jeremy Calvert will return to MTV for Teen Mom 2 Season 7 on March 21 at 10 p.m.
