Jennifer Lopez Shows Toned Abs -- Her Trainer Lists Her Workout Secrets

Jennifer Lopez may be 46, but she definitely has a body of a 26-year-old. She is the owner of a very fit physique and isn't afraid to show it once in a while. Jennifer Lopez showed off her midriff in a lovely neon outfit and posted it on Instagram for all to see.

She captioned the picture as: 'Gotta get it in... #workinonmyfitness #gymtime #cardio #thereIamwithnomakeupagain! Lol,' she said in the caption.

The pop princess has posted several make-up free selfies recently, and looks like she is proud of it.

Just a few hours ago, Jennifer Lopez posted a picture of herself celebrating the eighth birthday of her twins. She can be seen putting her arms around her kids with a huge cake on the table. She sweetly called her twins the "lights of [her] life."

To look twenty years younger than your age is no easy task. A lot of hard work goes into it, and Tracy Anderson, her trainer, who also works with Gwyneth Paltrow, Courteney Cox, and Madonna, has some advice.

"'We change the workout every 10 workouts," she says. "That's the secret. We can only stay on a movement every 10 days." Tracy explains that by changing the exercise sequences every so often, "the muscles are tricked and challenged, thus maximizing the workout results," Hollywood Life has reported.

She says she designs the workout to keep her very famous butt toned. Quite understandably, it's JLo's biggest asset and must be kept in shape.

Jennifer herself is very determined about keeping in shape. She says she has a love for her audience, and that they deserve nothing but her best.

"I have a lot of love for those people in the audience every night," Jennifer says. "They got up, bought a ticket, sometimes stood for hours and even if I don't feel like I have the smile in me, I feel like they deserve my best. I'm very conscious of that," she says. Well, that will certainly win her fans' hearts!

Tracy, her trainer, understands why Jennifer Lopez feels the need to do that. She says "When someone's preparing for tours and giving energy to that many people, they can't be out of shape." We totally agree with that one!

Tracy goes on to say that she makes sure the workouts give Jennifer Lopez the huge amount of endurance she needs for long performances. However, says she does not want to change her body. "Her workouts have to give her the ability to have endurance for the show," adding, "We don't want to change her sexy body!"

Tracy says JLo does 30 minutes of cardio, and then gives 30 minutes to her muscular structure.

She further says that it's quite possible to change "any woman's body." She says it's like learning a new skill, and that a fit and beautiful body is within everyone's reach. Well, looking at how great JLo looks, it's believable that with enough hard work, anyone can achieve that kind of a body. But well, one also has to make sure not to eat too many pizzas.
