Kim Fields Calls Kenya Moore ‘Irrelevant, ‘Unimportant’ And Jealous, Husband Christopher Morgan Defends Marriage

As the latest The Real Housewives of Atlanta episode aired on Sunday night, Kim Fields unleashed a lot of anger at Kenya Moore for claiming that her husband, Christopher Morgan, is gay. In several tweets, Kim lashed out at Kenya for talking about her husband and marriage. Kim went so far as calling Kenya “irrelevant,” “unimportant,” and “fake.”

Kim first pointed out that Kenya only did one episode of Living Single, so she’s hardly a knowledgeable source on her marriage and what people were saying about it.

Kim then wrote that she reminded Kenya to keep her family out of her “unimportant” and “irrelevant” mouth.

Kim also addressed Kenya’s claim that people in the entertainment industry call Christopher “Chrissy.” Kim maintained that people call him by his professional name only.

Kim defended Christopher’s accomplishments as a performer, husband, and father. Kim and Chris have two young sons together.

Kim suggested that Kenya is jealous of her and her husband since she doesn’t have a real career in the entertainment industry, which is what she so desperately wants.

Kim also pointed out that she and Chris know how to get out of a marriage that’s not working.

Kim even straight out accused Kenya of trying to bring down a marriage and tear apart a family just so that she could have a story line.

As for Kenya’s repeated claim that Kim targeted her from the very beginning, Kim denied that she ever did such a thing.

Kim Fields’ husband, Christopher Morgan, also responded to the drama that was playing out on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. He posted a photo collage in defense of marriage. He included the hashtags “reallove” and “getone” in his caption. Was that his way of telling Kenya Moore that she should concentrate on her own love life instead of talking about his marriage?

Kenya, who usually live-tweets the episodes, has remained silent so far on the latest episode. As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Kenya has defended herself by saying that it was Phaedra Parks who first started the conversation about Kim’s husband.

On last week’s episode, Sheree Whitfield informed Kim Fields, in front of all the women, that there was talk of her husband, Christopher Morgan, possibly being gay and that people in the entertainment industry call him “Chrissy.” Who was responsible for the talk? The night prior, as the women were hanging out by the pool, Kenya claimed that there have been rumors regarding Christopher’s sexuality over the past 10 years and that people call him “Chrissy.” When Phaedra Parks asked where she heard such a thing, Kenya replied that she has been in the entertainment industry for a very long time and worked with Kim on LivingSingle.

The latest episode showed Kim’s reaction to being told that there was talk that her husband was “fruity or gay.” As usual, Kim remained calm and collected.

“Chris is a wonderful husband and father and we’ve been together happily for 10 years and it’s good.”

Kenya didn’t let the matter go. Not only did she continue the talk about Chris possibly being gay, she brought up their supposed financial problems.

“I don’t think we really care either way if your husband is gay or whether or not you guys are having tax problems or any other kind of problems. You portray like everything is perfect. It’s not really perfect, so we just want the real Kim Fields to show up. You have this wall up and it’s almost like you’re reading from a script.”

Tired of the conversation, Kim left the group. When she told Chris about what happened, he basically laughed it off.

Not everyone thought that Kim should let Kenya slide. At brunch, Phaedra Parks and NeNe Leakes encouraged Kim to be more forceful with Kenya. NeNe told Kim to stand up for herself. Phaedra compared Kenya to a bully whose face needs to be punched, as well as a rattlesnake whose head needs to be cut off. Phaedra and NeNe even did a hilarious act, with Phaedra pretending to be Kenya and NeNe pretending to be Kim, in order to teach Kim out to “read.”

Kim later did confront Kenya, in front of all the women, about talking about her husband and marriage.

“I feel like at some point, Kenya, you’ve crossed a line into disrespect of me that’s not going to be tolerated. So let’s have no communication or cordial communication, but at the end of the day you’re not going to talk about my family, you’re not going to talk about me. I think it’s highly unfair and disrespectful.”

Kenya shot back.

“Congratulations for being able to speak for yourself.”

That insult was too much even for Cynthia Bailey, who stood up for Kim. She chastised Kenya for how she was treating Kim and for pulling out Kim’s chair, when she was still sitting on it, earlier in the trip. Cynthia told Kenya to apologize. Shockingly, Kenya did apologize, albeit grudgingly.

With Kim Fields’ latest tweets, it seems as if the truce was short-lived and viewers will see more drama happen between her and Kenya Moore in future episodes of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Kenya’s claims about Christopher Morgan will also likely be brought up on the upcoming reunion show filming.
