‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Meredith Grey Seeks Help From Shrink After Attack

It’s Thursday, which, as all fans know, is Grey’s Anatomy night, but what fans don’t know is that there will be a process for Dr. Meredith Grey to recover from her most recent attack, and tonight will be the beginning of Meredith Grey’s time with a therapist, which has been a long time coming,

According to the Inquisitr, the torture of Meredith Grey has been legendary, and wonder if Grey has survived all of this drama, what will finally do her in on Grey’s Anatomy? Grey has nearly drowned, survived a plane crash, lost a husband, been beaten by a patient, survived a bomb, and more. She has also dealt with personal medical crises that would have also taken down many mere mortals.

Unreality TV is reporting that Ellen Pompeo wants to tell the press what is going on at Grey-Sloan, but doesn’t want to get fired from Grey’s Anatomy.

“I don’t know how much I can really say — because I don’t want to get fired!”

But is it possible that this latest drama could bring her closer to Alex Karev?

“After Meredith’s brutal attack on Grey’s Anatomy, it became clear to fans that the best friend she has in Seattle is Alex Karev….but could they have more than a friendship there?”

But before Meredith Grey can think about dating, she will have to figure out why she hates to be alone, and if that’s why she seeks out certain men, and always invites friends to move in with her.

“In therapy, she starts exploring what it means to be alone, and [how] she’s never alone, and how alone does she want to be? Everyone else thinks it’s time for Meredith to move on and start dating again.”

But c’mon, isn’t this why McKiwi was brought in? Shonda Rhimes isn’t denying it.

“She will start dating again though. That IS going to happen in the second half of season 12 thankfully.

“We’re moving toward Meredith dating again, so everyone has to get ready for it. I can tell you that I’ve shot a few scenes…..and I’m very happy and excited with the way this is unfolding. It’s exciting for Meredith, and it’s some happiness, some light. I hope we get to keep going to down that path.”

But while Meredith Grey is getting put back together by the staff shrinks on Grey’s Anatomy, how will Shonda Rhimes add some steam to the show? Maybe with Maggie and Andrew, according to E!Online. It is about time that Rhimes put together another hot couple.

“I mean, certainly there’s an element of the attendant sleeping with the intern, but I mean, Andrew’s younger than her,” he admitted. (We never said it had to be an exact recreation!) “But yes, certainly, there’s certain parallels, of course.”

But Maggie was reluctant to even admit anything was going on, let alone call it a relationship.

“It’s a safe bet that a DTR (define the relationship) will rear its dramatic little head in tonight’s episode, as Maggie’s set to take center stage following last week’s traumatic, Mer-centric episode. This week, she and Callie (Sara Ramirez) perform a risky, experimental surgery on Karev’s (Justin Chambers) 15-year-old patient against his medical opinion. Elsewhere, the hospital continues to deal with Meredeith’s (Ellen Pompeo) trauma, while Owen (Kevin McKidd) and Nathan (Martin Henderson) remain at odds.”
