Future Net Worth: Ciara Is Suing Future For $15 Million
After Future and Ciara broke up last year, the rapper had the most to say about their past relationship in his verses, including his most recent album EVOL. The rapper construes several allusions as his ex partner in his songs, and now Ciara is suing her former partner for defamation, libel, and slander, asking $15 million in damages.
Future, who currently has an estimated net worth of $4 million, is now being sued by his ex in a $15 million lawsuit, where Ciara cites several interviews and tweets in which Future appears to challenge her mothering skills. She has also disputed his claims regarding access to their son, who is named after his father, Future.
The couple had a rocky relationship in the past and they called off their engagement two years ago and moved on from their relationship. Both of them have new partners now, but the two have not hesitated even a bit to bring each other down.
Though the singer has been subliminal, Future has been saying what’s on his mind everywhere, from social media to his music. The outspoken nature of Future is what caused Ciara to file a $15 million lawsuit against her baby daddy.

In her suit, Ciara points out a few interviews Future did where he spoke about her and Russell Wilson, including a radio show where Fewtch spoke on Russell walking baby Future in a stroller. “She probably set him [Russell] up,” he said at the time. “You letting them catch that photo. Leave my son out of all the publicity stunts.”
She also references his January Twitter rant where he said, “This bitch got control problems. I gotta go through lawyers to see babyfuture … the f**kery for 15k a month. I jus want babyfuture that’s all.”
Ciara also wants all of his mean tweets regarding her deleted, and would want him blocked from speaking on private family matters involving his son.
The lawsuit was filed in Georgia Court on January 21, accusing him of making “several false and defamatory statements.” The singer also claims that the allegations has damaged her career and opportunities that came along with being a celebrity mother.
Ciara also said that her previous partner attacked her relationship with her new boyfriend and Seattle Seahawks quarterback, Russell Wilson.

Court documents obtained by the site claim that the 32-year-old “purposefully published lies about her on his Twitter account, social media and other interviews to destroy her reputation as a good mother, to diminish her brand and to impair her professional career in the entertainment industry,” reports Daily Mail.
Ciara also claims that her ex did so as a publicity stunt to promote himself and his upcoming album and tour.
The Jumpman rapper blasted his ex’s new boyfriend: “Of course I wouldn’t want someone pushing my son.”
“Like, that’s the number one rule. Like, if I was a kid and my mom had a dude pushing me, I would’ve jumped out of the stroller and slapped the s**t out of [him] you never do that in our community. You don’t even bring a man around your son.
“You know this dude for a few months and you’re bringing him around your kid?’ Who does that? Nobody does that,’ he continued, ‘She probably set him [Russell] up. You letting them catch that photo. Leave my son out of all the publicity stunts.’ “
Ciara and Future are still in a custody battle, to which the singer says that she has stepped up to support baby Future and that she goes out of her way to make sure the father gets time with her son, detailing 19 visitations, some of which span several days, which have occurred since December, 2014.
