‘The Flash’ Season 2 Spoilers: Bad Guys And A Major Death Are Coming — Surprise ‘Arrow’ Return
A lot of talk this past week has been on the confirmation that there will indeed be a super crossover between The Flash from The CW and Supergirl on CBS. Still, there is time before that actually happens, and much more is coming. Some spoilers have been released for the next episode airing this upcoming Tuesday, and it’s bringing the return of two big-time bad guys, and a surprise return from Arrow to go along with a major death.
Please note that there are possible SPOILERS in this article for season 2 of The Flash. If you don’t want to know what happens, then stop reading now.
Yes, it does seem like there is a lot happening on this week’s upcoming episode of The Flash which is titled “Welcome to Earth-2.” First of all, there are also going to be a lot of different characters and names showing up, but let’s see the official episode synopsis as per Coming Soon.
“Barry, Wells and Cisco journey to Earth-2 to rescue Wells’ daughter, Jesse (guest star Violett Beane) from Zoom. Barry is stunned when he runs into Earth-2 Iris and Joe, but nothing prepares him for meeting Killer Frost and Deathstorm (guest star Robbie Amell). Meanwhile, back on Earth-1, Jay (guest star Teddy Sears) has to take over the Flash’s responsibilities when a meta-human nicknamed Geomancer (guest star Adam Stafford) attacks Central City.”
Yes, Barry (of Earth-1) is over in Earth-2 and ends up meeting with Joe and Iris which just really kind of freaks him out.
About a week ago, it was revealed by Lawuer Herald that Amell would be coming back to reprise his role as Ronnie/Firestorm/Deathstorm, but there’s more to it. Not only is Deathstorm making his name truly known, but he’s going to kill one of the main characters on The Flash resulting in the rumored “major death.”
When Amell was on the panel at the Heroes and Villains Fan Fest in New Jersey, he dropped the bombshell that fans are now waiting for.
“In episode 13, you’ll see me as Deathstorm and Caitlin Snow as Killer Frost. So I get to come back, and I kill a series regular.”
Amell wouldn’t say anything else, but the rumor going around is that Deathstorm is going to end up killing off Jay Garrick. Of course, that isn’t totally confirmed, but it won’t be too long until the episode airs on Tuesday and it actually happens or doesn’t.
This is far from all that will be happening on “Welcome to Earth-2” though, and that’s hard to believe.
According to TV Line, there’s going to be another death that everyone has to deal with, but it’s already happened. Not just that, but it happened on another show.
“Someone who died on Arrow makes a surprise return!”
So, if you have found it hard to follow along so far, just know that the next episode of The Flash is going to be a big one. Deathstorm and Killer Frost are going to cause all kinds of trouble, and the former is going to kill someone off. A surprise return from Arrow makes things even more interesting and it’s just hard to contain all the spoilers in one place so just watch.
