Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi & Husband Jionni LaValle Have FYI Series ‘Shore Flip’ Coming Soon [Video]
Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is heading back to reality television. Six years after Snooki made a name for herself on the MTV reality series, Jersey Shore, she and her husband, Jionni LaValle, are prepping for their debut on FYI’s Nicole & Jionni’s Shore Flip, which will follow the parents of two as they embark on a number of home ventures in New Jersey.
Back in November, Snooki’s new series was announced by Entertainment Weekly, who noted that the former wild child had calmed down quite a bit since her days at Seaside Heights, New Jersey.

After her time with her Jersey Shore co-stars came to an end in 2012, Snooki had a son, and then a daughter, and married LaValle, whom she met while filming the show. Snooki has also appeared on Dancing With The Stars, and recently released a book.
In the report, Entertainment Weekly noted her latest project as “a docuseries called Nicole & Jionni’s Shore Flip, in which she and Lavalle will renovate and redecorate homes in the Jersey Shore,” and revealed the FYI network had ordered eight one-hour episodes of the upcoming series. Throughout the show’s first season, viewers will watch as Snooki and her husband work together to flip houses, with Snooki in charge of decorating and LaValle taking charge of building and repairs.
“With spending so many summers growing up at the shore and then finding love there with Jionni, we couldn’t think of a more perfect place to start our business together,” Snooki said in a statement months ago, via the New York Daily News. “Jionni has always wanted to flip houses, and with my love for interior design and do-it-yourself crafts, this project is a dream come true.”
In addition to Snooki and her husband, the show will also include “some close friends of the couple,” possibly Snooki’s former co-stars at the Jersey Shore, or even her longtime friend Jenni “JWoww” Farley, whom she starred for years alongside on Snooki & JWoww, their MTV spinoff.
At the time of the series announcement, Entertainment Weekly told readers to expect the series to air sometime in early 2016. However, Snooki has since offered a new update on the reality show, revealing Nicole & Jionni’s Shore Flip will begin airing on February 24.
“SO EXCITED! Our new show is debuting on @fyi Wednesday, Feb 24th at 9! #shoreflip here is the trailer!” Snooki wrote on Instagram last week, also sharing a link to the series trailer seen below.
Snooki also posted a message on Twitter on February 3, confirming the premiere date for her and LaValle’s FYI series, and gushing over her “amazing” children, Lorenzo, 3, and Giovanna, 1, who will be seen on the show.

Although Snooki struggled for years with bad eating habits, as well as heavy drinking habits, she has since turned over a new leaf, and after losing a substantial amount of weight years ago, Snooki spoke to Yahoo! Beauty about how her life has changed for the better.
“When I stopped drinking and started eating lots of greens, whole grains, and lean meats, it was like my brain woke up from a five-year coma. My life turned around, and things clicked into place in my relationship and my career. What goes into your body comes out in your life. If you want success, love, and the strength to cope with anything life throws at you, feed your body the healthy food it needs.”
