WWE News: This Week’s ‘WWE NXT’ & ‘Thursday Night SmackDown’ Spoilers
As WWE Raw went off the air on Monday night, Brock Lesnar stood tall after he delivered a signature F5 to Dean Ambrose and The New Day took care of Roman Reigns. We also knew that Reigns would square off against Rusev on WWE SmackDown, and that A.J. Styles would have a match with The Miz. Those matches and more were taped on Tuesday night so that they can be aired on the USA Network this Thursday.

Before that show airs, however, another episode of WWE NXT will air on the WWE Network on Wednesday evening. Last week’s episode of NXT ended in confusion when Samoa Joe and Sami Zayn both had Baron Corbin in a submission hold as he tapped out in the Triple Threat Match to determine a No. 1 contender for the NXT Championship. It was also announced that Finn Balor would be accepting the challenge from Apollo Crews.
