It’s not surprising Bieber dominates the 2016 Juno Awards with Drake and The Weeknd. All three artists released music which captured the public’s imagination last year. In particular, Bieber’s comeback during 2015 saw him break records around the world as he dropped hit after hit, and publicly atoned for teen-like antics, which — let’s face it — were overplayed in the press for his click bait value.

Bieber is also nominated alongside stars including Jennifer Lawrence, Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Daisy Ridley and John Boyega, One Direction, and more in the Blake Shelton-hosted 2016 Kids’ Choice Awards.
Bieber is nominated for three awards, Favorite Collaboration for his EDM-Pop chart slayer “Where Are U Now?” with Jack U’s Diplo and Skrillex; Favorite Song of the Year with “What Do You Mean?”; and Favorite Male Singer.
In the collaborations field, Bieber goes up against Taylor Swift featuring Kendrick Lamar on “Bad Blood”; Macklemore & Ryan Lewis featuring a roll call of Eric Nally, Melle Mel, Kool Moe Dee, and Grandmaster Caz on “Downtown”; Selena Gomez featuring A$AP Rocky on “Good For You”; Meghan Trainor featuring John Legend on “Like I’m Gonna Lose You”; and the rapper Wiz Khalifa featuring Charlie Puth on “See You Again.”
For the Favorite Male, the Biebs will face off against Shelton, Ed Sheeran, Nick Jonas, and The Weeknd.
“I’m so excited and honored to be nominated for another three Kids’ Choice Awards,” Bieber told the Hollywood Reporter exclusively. “I have the best fans in the world; thank you all so much. And thanks to Nickelodeon for all the love and support over the years.”
Voting for the Kids’ Choice Awards kicks off on Tuesday, with awards presented in an aired live telecast on Nickelodeon at 8 p.m. ET/PT from the Forum in Inglewood, California, on March 12. To see the full list of nominees, click here.
As for the 2016 Juno Awards, the ceremony will broadcast live on CTV on April 3 from Calgary, Alberta.
