Aliens ‘Observing Our Progress’? UFO Near International Space Station Shoots Scanning Beam Of Light Earthward [Video]

Online UFO hunters with eyes glued perpetually to NASA’s live ISS stream have detected yet another fascinating anomaly in low Earth orbit. The live HD cameras aboard the International Space Station (ISS) in low Earth orbit recently captured images that UFO enthusiasts claim show an extraterrestrial craft conducting Earth surveillance from space.

The video (see below), uploaded to YouTube by the prolific YouTube UFO hunter Streetcap1, is an excerpt from NASA’s live feed from the ISS captured on January 28, 2016. According to online UFO hunters, it shows a UFO hovering above the Earth’s atmosphere in space and shooting a cone of light Earthward.

“These appeared at the right hand side of the screen briefly then moved out of frame again. I took a still photo of them and sharpened the picture which appears at the beginning and end of this short video,” Streetcap1 reports.

UFO blogger Scott Waring suggests that the video images show an alien UFO in space shooting a scanning beam of light toward earth.

The alien UFO, according to Waring, was conducting surveillance of Earth from space.

“[The video shows a] UFO with a beam of light hitting Earth,” Waring commented. “The UFO is scanning the planet for some reason, probably trying to calculate the number of life forms/types in the ocean.”

Skeptics would likely harrumph at Waring’s conjectures and the alleged video evidence of an extraterrestrial surveillance craft directing “scanning beams” at Earth. But the fanciful conjectures touch on an issue that has been the subject of a raging debate in online UFO forums for years.

Members of the UFO community have claimed for years that there is undeniable evidence that our world is under intensive observation by technologically advanced alien species. And while there is broad consensus in the UFO community that Earth is being closely observed by extraterrestrial species, debate rages over the short- and long-term purpose of the alleged clandestine observation of human activities.

In response to skeptics who dismiss claims by members of the UFO community that the Earth is under constant and intensive surveillance by multiple alien species, enthusiasts are quick to cite the testimony of some very highly respected individuals in government, the military, and NASA.

One of such is Edgar Mitchell, a former U.S. naval pilot, aeronautic engineer, former NASA astronaut, and the sixth man on the Moon.

Mitchell claims that based on his personal experience and investigations into the famous 1947 Roswell UFO crash incident, there is conclusive evidence that our world is being visited by advance extraterrestrials and that we are under surveillances by alien species interested in “observing our progress.”

Although, the distinguished former astronaut admits he has never seen a UFO and denies stories circulating in the UFO community that he saw UFOs and “alien structures” during his historic trip to the Moon, he insists that his conclusion that the Earth is being visited by advanced species from other worlds is based on the testimony of people who were at Roswell.

“My major knowledge comes from what I call the ‘old-timers,’ people who were at Roswell and who wanted to clear the things up and tell somebody credible even though they were under severe threats and things,” Mitchell told the Discovery Channel’s Iren Klotz in 2008. “Having gone to the moon and being a local citizen out in the Roswell area some of them thought I would be a safe choice to tell their story to.”

Mitchell said that after obtaining credible testimony from people who had been at Roswell, he took the story to top U.S. military and intelligence officials as part private investigations into the Roswell UFO incident. He was shocked when some very senior and well-placed officials admitted to him privately that an alien spacecraft had crashed at Roswell.

In the Discovery Channel interview with Klotz, Mitchell claimed that at a meeting with the Intelligence Committee of the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon, an unnamed admiral told him flatly that there had been a UFO crash at Roswell.

“[I] asked for a meeting with the Intelligence Committee of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and got it,” Mitchell said. “I told them my story and what I know and eventually had that confirmed by the admiral that I spoke with, that indeed what I was saying was true.”

“There was a UFO crash. There was an alien spacecraft,” Mitchell told Klotz. “This gentleman [the admiral] tried his damndest to get me in and like so many others in the administration over the last 60 years, since JFK’s time, was unable to.”

Mitchell is not the only former NASA employee who has claimed evidence that Earth is under surveillance from space by extraterrestrial species. The video above shows former U.S. Air Force personnel Sergeant Karl Wolfe, and Ms. Donna Hare, a former NASA contractor, giving testimonies about UFOs and “huge alien structures” on the far side of the Moon.
