One big tip that Jennifer Cassetta was willing to share is that you should drink water, drink water, and then drink some more water. Cassetta says this will help you a lot with your weight loss goals. Jennifer tells people to drink half their body weight in ounces. This is easy to remember. If you weigh 200 pounds, then you would want to drink 100 ounces of water each day, according to what Jennifer says. Cassetta also says that you should eat a plant-based diet most of the time.

Jennifer Cassetta explained that it takes your body a bit to get back ready and used to doing it. Before the holidays, a lot of people were going strong and working out, and then they take a break and expect to get right back into it. Next your, you might want to think about keeping up the workouts during the holidays. Jennifer Cassetta had some great ideas about doing this next year.

“Fit in squats while you are blow-drying your hair or in the shower. Do front kicks around the house. Plank while you are reading the paper or watching TV.”
