Chelsea Houska Opts For Private Wedding In Lieu Of ‘Teen Mom 2’ Filming It
Chelsea Houska is one of the most-liked Teen Mom stars in the business. Fans watched as she filmed 16 & Pregnant with Adam Lind and gave birth to a daughter named Aubree. Since then, fans have fallen in love with both Houska and her daughter. Teen Mom 2 has seen ups and downs with the young mom, but recently she has been celebrating. Houska was recently engaged to Cole DeBoer. Fans have watched their relationship progress through the show, and finally they will get their happily ever after. Houska deserves the happiness she has found with DeBoer.
When Teen Mom 2 began filming, Chelsea Houska was very much on and off with Adam Lind. She was trying to raise their daughter, and he had other plans. For several seasons they were playing dating tag, but finally Houska moved on. It took Lind getting another woman pregnant for it to be really over for her. Now that she is engaged to Cole DeBoer, the wedding planning can begin. According to the Ashley, Chelsea Houska has decided against letting her wedding be filmed for Teen Mom 2. She wants everything to be very low-key, and is only inviting a small amount of people. It is unclear if she will invite her fellow cast members, but it is unlikely. In fact, the two haven’t even publicly addressed a wedding date.
Rumor has it that Chelsea Houska and Cole DeBoer plan to marry in October. She has alluded to wanting a fall wedding, and other tidbits that have dropped seem to point to early in the month. Houska isn’t the only Teen Mom franchise star to be engaged, Amber Portwood and Maci Bookout are as well. Portwood is planning an October wedding with Matt Baier, which has been public knowledge for quite some time. These ladies will join Catelynn Lowell and Kailyn Lowry in the married circle, leaving the other ladies behind. It is going to be a busy few months for these women, and fans are already stalking their social media accounts for any hint of wedding details.
In the beginning, Chelsea Houska didn’t have Cole DeBoer film for Teen Mom 2 much. The two met innocently at a gas station in South Dakota, and the rest is history. DeBoer didn’t know who Houska was at first, but was quickly filled in. She has said on several occasions that he isn’t completely comfortable filming the show, which is understandable. Last season, the two moved in together. They chose to live at Houska’s house, and Aubree was really happy to have him there. Houska and DeBoer also adopted a pig together, and that adventure was caught on film for Teen Mom 2. According to Us Weekly, Chelsea Houska became engaged to Cole DeBoer last November. The two had been dating for quite a while and were ready to take the next step toward their life together.
Teen Mom 2 fans are disappointed they will not be able to see Chelsea Houska and Cole DeBoer exchange vows. She has promised to share photos of the event with her fans, but it just won’t be the same. Teen Mom OG stars Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra shared their special moment with fans last night. They were married in August, and MTV finally aired it last night. Houska is pretty firm with the network when she makes a choice, so the chances of the wedding being filmed are slim at best. There are some moments in life she wants for herself, and after being on Teen Mom 2 for several years, she is owed at least that.
