Beyoncé Filming On Skid Row Ahead Of Super Bowl 50 Performance
Don’t call it a comeback! Ahead of Beyoncé’s big appearance at the Super Bowl 50 halftime show next month, rumors are swirling that the star has been spotted filming a new music video on Skid Row.
Perez Hilton reported that Twitter user Brett Schulte, who describes himself as a “Tech guy working in Hollywood” on the 140-charatcer site, took to social media on January 23 to reveal that he spotted Beyoncé “shooting a music video today on Skid Row.”
Schulte then tweeted out following the flurry of comments from excited Beyoncé fans, “Well I mentioned the Beyoncé video shoot and got a lot of responses… SOO I’m gonna walk back by and take some pics [sic],” but has mysteriously failed to tweet since.
But despite Schulte’s media silence since breaking the news, Beyoncé fan page @Bey_Legion has taken to Twitter a number of times over the weekend to post a number of shots allegedly taken from the set in Downtown Los Angeles.

One tweet from the Beyoncé fan account even revealed that Beyoncé appeared to still be filming what is assumed to be a music video, though could well be a feature video for her upcoming Super Bowl appearance, in the same Hollywood location the following day.
Beyoncé and her team have so far stayed tight-lipped on any potential new music dropping in the near future, but the recent sighting appear to confirm claims that Beyoncé does in fact have plans to release a new album when sales of Adele’s multi-platinum 25 die down.
Beyoncé “has totally relaxed her schedule and pushed back her album” so as not to compete with Adele’s latest uber-successful release, according to a new report by the Sun. The site also confirmed that Beyoncé’s upcoming album was “wrapped up at the end of 2015,” but she decided not to release new music just yet in order to allow Adele to enjoy the success of 25.
“She held off on a release as a code of honor to Adele, so their records didn’t clash,” an insider reportedly said, “Beyoncé doesn’t have the pressure of releasing an album and is doing bits here and there because she and her team know it is Adele’s time to shine. The last few months have been all about her comeback.”
A source also revealed to the site earlier this month that Beyoncé’s upcoming sixth album release “complete and ready to go” any day now.
But as for when the big announcement about new Beyoncé music will grace our ears, the site is alleging that Beyoncé is planning on breaking the news during her huge Super Bowl halftime performance with Coldplay on February 7. “There’s a very strong chance the announcement could happen during the Super Bowl next month,” the source added to the Sun.
As for what Beyoncé has in store for the billions of fans tuning in from around the world when she takes to the stage next month, where Bruno Mars will also be appearing, Beyoncé was spotted rehearsing for the huge show at a California University last week.
Beyoncé was spotted by a number of students leaving the campus of the University of Southern California on January 18 according to E! Online, but she certainly wasn’t ready to give too much away about what we can expect from her second stint as a Super Bowl headliner.
A source told the site that Beyoncé’s team “blocked everything down” to keep things top secret, and even covered the “windows so nobody could see” exactly what Beyoncé and her numerous dancers were getting up to inside the University campus building.
